The elevator was not working and the pool was closed.

Room was clean, unfortunately the elevator was not operating so we had to use the stairs 3 flights. Front desk informed us that the pool was also not functioning and could not give a date when these repairs would take place. Not the staff's fault poor management.

Our room smelled and felt damp. The A/C seemed to struggle unless it was set to 70 or lower. The next morning we discovered the carpet underneath the A/C was completely wet. Not sure if it had been leaking the whole time, but we let the front desk know. Also, the pool was disgusting. Not sure of the last time they even tried to clean it. The elevator was also out of service. Not a huge deal for us since we only stayed one night and didn't have a ton of luggage. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Quiet area, clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Pool was apparently out of commission, but we weren't planning to use it. Only complaint I have is that for free wifi, you had to sign up and make an account or pay $4.95.

But the reality is it’s been closed for months by the state of it. So we had to find a public one at Independence Park and paid.

Proximity to rodeo grounds. Easy access. Well maintained.

The pool is out of service for months they could of told us we would book somewhere else

Only downfall was the pool wasn’t open

Cleanliness was good Evening staff not very friendly & no hot water to shower with

The location was perfect. The heavy drapes would not close. One of the parking lot light post streaked its light right onto my face when lying on bed.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and parking was a little tight. We were driving a large van and it was hard to maneuver in the parking lot

The room was nice, the lobby was clean, parking was easy, and the location was great. One downside was that a late check-out wasn’t available, not even for 30 minutes, even when I was willing to pay, which would have made the stay even better.
