Closed to where I needed to reach Said there was a pool and there had not been a pool for a while… under major construction! Also fire alarm went off early AM and they could not get it shut off. Bath tube facet was coming out of the wall

Lovely hotel, pool was being refurbished. Breakfast - shame that each individual slices of bread was wrapped in cling film and the paper cups for coffee were also wrapped.

Cleanliness

I stayed one night with some friends and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was ok. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.
-
Everything was excellent only thing wrong was there were no towels in the room when we checked in
-
I chose the property for the swimming pool so my kids could swim and it was being remodeled. The shower was broken as well.
-
Very clean and quiet That there was no notification that the pool was closed this was the whole reason for our stay

We always were able to find a parking spot, but lots and lots of pickups in the parking lot so we would get one of the last 1,2,or3spots, not a big deal though.
-
The view of the TV was unique hot water in the shower, staff was great
-
The room was decent. The facility was decent although this is the second time that I have stayed here and the pool was out of order. There was no parking due to the oil field workers taking over the hotel to include illegally parking in the handicap parking. I am disabled and couldn’t find a decent parking due to the handicap parking being occupied by oil field trucks.

We booked this hotel and planned to stop by the pool in the evening. When we arrived, we saw the pool is being renovated. Nowhere on the website or when booking, was it ever mentioned the pool would be out of order. We specifically chose this hotel to be able to use the pool.

Lack of handicapped parking
-
I regret I am unable to remember their names.
-
Location Dirty floors in the hallways. Elevator was broken, pool was closed.
-
I like that the staff was always nice and helpful even the clerk at night. I like the room 102 but at night the door going out was loud and woke my doggie up the door slammed loud loud. The pool was getting some work done on it that's fine I can't swim but next time I stay I will enjoy the pool area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good. The pool was being remodeled my kids really wanted to swim and elevator was not working.

POOL OUT OF SERVICE! ITS SUMMER! KIDS WANTED TO ENJOY THE POOL TO COOL DOWN FROM THE TEXAS HEAT! ELEVATOR WAS ALSO OUT OF SERVICE! MY ELDERY FATHER HAD A HARD TO CLIMBING THEM. APPARENTLY THE OWNER DOES NOT WANT TO INVEST IN FIXING EITHER ONE AT THE MOMENT IS WHAT I WAS TOLD! COULDN'T EVEN OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR A FURTURE RESERVATION!
