Locked the keys in my room and didn’t have to wait long for one to be made up so I can access my room again

Extremely hot. The breakfast was excellent as always. Staff keeps every thing clean and filled.

Clean and quiet, nice breakfast. Convenient location.

The elevator was not usable for half of my stay, including checkout. The floor of my room had some debris on it when I checked in.

My first qualifier for a good rating is that the hotel provide four towels, not three. We always use four and the Baymont provided four so we were thrilled. The hotel was very nice, clean and safe. Breakfast was great.

I asked housekeeping for fresh towels and she never brought them. It was a simple request so that why I scored them low.

Our room was dirty. Had to change the bedding ourselves. Towels dirty. Tv was broken (husband fixed) terrible will not visit again.

The person who checked me in was indifferent, bordering on rude. The lobby was nice. The room was clean but tacky. The TV didn’t seem to have a volume control and the fan on the wall was so loud you couldn’t hear it.

Staff was great, room was great, only bad thing was my wife was not feeling well. That was not the hotel's fault. We have stayed in Grand Forks Baymont before. Liked it then too. Can't think of anything yet.

Did not like room over restaurant. Our air conditioning unit pulled in the exhaust from restaurant made the room smell. Room above was very loud one night. Room needs paint.
