Canad Inns Destination Center Grand Forks

Disappointed the waterslide shut down after 20 minutes after paying in full. Said it would reopen in an hour and ended up staying closed all day. Main reason we went, would have been nice to have been offered a refund.

I guess the way the breakfast buffet at Alto’s looks so dull and sad. Some small time hotels can do better presentation than they can.

i liked the breakfast and the indoor pool splashers are included on our stay. Kids had a great time!

Great set-up for a family of 5, if you get the room with 2 bunk beds. Waterpark isn’t huge, but there’s enough to entertain the kids for a few hours. Arcade was the only disappointment. Lot of the games didn’t work properly, so lots of credits were wasted (claw machines malfunctioned), but overall kids still had fun.

The breakfast was fresh, but it wasn't restocked often enough, and many items were empty.

Outdated. No extra pillows or blankie like the other hotels.

We stayed for two nights in a family suite. The room was clean and everything was stocked. They have a free breakfast Buffett which was delicious and a great amenity. We checked in around 5:30 and were told they had to check to make sure our room was ready. 5 minute wait, they gave us free waterpark passes. There is an arcade in the hotel which is a blast for the kids as well. Really good experience. Will stay again.

Breakfast was nothing special, especially when you could dine there or opt for the free buffet. This place hiked prices for the concert but didn't use the hike to hire staff or make a better basic comfort inn buffet

For compensation, they gave us a day of free one day pool access. Overall, a terrible experience and a mistake. I always prioritized Canad Inns from the other hotels in the area when booking so it's easier. Now I will have to think twice or thrice if I still want to bring my family here for a quick get away.

Free continental breakfast was just added, and was a great addition. Family loved the waterpark.

Stayed for a night with my family. My room wasn't ready at check in and the staff and management went out of their way to make it right. Congratulations on remembering the customer.

Very family friendly. Please note-they offer family rooms with bunk beds, the bunk beds are for small children-they only rate to 50 pounds.

Very friendly staff. Came back to our hotel room and they had cleaned our room on the second day. Breakfast vouchers that came with our stay included a good breakfast buffet. The pool/waterpark were a good way to waste energy for the kids.

I like the breakfast and the room is clean. Good for family vacation!

Friendly staff, great pool for kids. Wish some of the rules in the pool area were enforced. Luckily it was fairly empty the majority of our stay.
