Canad Inns Destination Center Grand Forks

The watermark was closed when we arrived (Tuesday) which was not advertised when we booked. The guy at the front desk was so kind and helpful though. He upgraded our room and gave us waterpark passes for the next day. The complimentary breakfast was a nice addition since last time we stayed. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Booked a family trip from Winnipeg to stay at this hotel for the water slides. When we checked in we were told that the water slides were not working but that they would be working at 4pm the following day. We only booked one night and this wouldn’t work for us. Parts of the water park were working but kids got bored quick. Disappointed as this was the reasons for our trip. We would of cancelled if we would have known with the price of gas and the Canadian dollar.

But, it is getting dated(old).

Nice place to stay. Waterslides are not included in your room stay price. But water park was very enjoyable.

we are planning to stay for a while but the thing is my card decline. I called the bank already. They told me that my account is active. So i can proceed for payment but still when i try to swipe didnt work. But when i pay in the store like target they accepted my card. Just dont know why it happened in the hotel. thanks

2 bars Restaurants. Breakfast Parking all good

The lobby staff was very friendly That you had to pay extra for the waterpark. The water park only had one double tube! There were multiple families that needed the tube and had to constantly wait to see if there were done with it.

Swimming pool was cold. Breakfast buffet wasn’t good at all.

Our family went from Winnipeg to Minneapolis and decided to break the trip up and stay overnight in Grand Forks. Our 11 & 13 year old now use this as the gold standard! When we have traveled since, they've asked about a waterpark and a room with bunkbeds separated from the rest of the room for them. It was perfect for a family. We also enjoyed the included breakfast with the package we bought. All in all, clean, well-kept, very helpful staff, and convenient location.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff ! The cleanliness of the elevators and quality of the breakfast food could improve.

The pool and hot tub were open but the waterpark was closed. As long as the park is open this place is super awesome for kids. I stay here a lot and it's worth it, just this one time the park was closed unfortunately.

We have stayed a number of times and it is always great Nothing

For the price and buffet breakfast, it was worth it. One of our beds squeaked so much though with every small movement. Not sure if bed frame needed tightening or replaced completely. Other than that everything was excellent.
