Canad Inns Destination Center Grand Forks

When you came for a long drive and tired and the staff is so mean , you gonna freak out, that’s what I encounter when I came in the lobby, unlike in great wolf lodge everyone is smiling when you came in . Terrible service.

Hotel staff is so helpful. So kind. They do their best to serve.

The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. I did notice a lot of garbages that were overflowing continually though which wasn’t pleasant. The room was clean and quiet!

Stayed over for the weekend for my sons birthday, and it happened to be the Fourth of July. Room was clean, staff was friendly, everything in this hotel is family friendly. We enjoyed that they provided breakfast vouchers as well. Nothing to complain about other than the fact our tub slowly drained must’ve been clogged but didn’t bother us that much as we were only there for two nights, but doesn’t effect our stay there. Would stay again with my family

Our room was spotless, and the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we even received complimentary breakfast. While it wasn’t the best, it was a nice touch. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Everything was clean, fun, and family-friendly. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely recommend Canada Inn to anyone looking for a great getaway!

Could use some updates in the rooms

My family and I were in room 217 on June 30 for 1 night. We got in late and we were exhausted from traveling. We arrived at 10pm and wanted to go straight to sleep. Room was what we were expected. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was an issue was the AC was super loud. It was on high when we we arrived and the room was nice and cool, But the fan was really loud. We called the front office and told them, told us to put it on low and shouldn't be loud anymore. We did... And helped but still was loud, but not as loud. Everytime the AC would kick on it made a very loud clunking banging. It keeped us up all night. Every 10-15 mins, it would bang and it would wake us up. In the morning we were exhausted as we had napped pretty much all night. We checked out and this stay was one of our worst hotel stays we've had in a long time.

We had the BEST experience staying at Canad Inn in Grand Forks!! The customer experience was top notch, our room was clean and the Waterpark was also well cared for and the kids loved it! Continental breakfast was also really good!

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I liked the room for the most part with only two negatives. Room was quite cold at check in and it took a while to get the temp regulated. Eventually turned system completely off for the duration of our stay. I noticed the bed felt pretty soft and unsupportive and both my wife and I awoke with sore stiff backs.
