No complaints very very adequate

It was perfect for my daughters and my stay. Close to where we needed to be.

the room was clean and comfortable. the breakfast was good too

We’ve stayed at this hotel twice in the last year and both times the rooms were quiet, clean and had everything we needed. The first time we got stuck because of a blizzard and the staff was so accommodating. Would stay here again and again!

If you wish to sleep passed 8 am forget it. The person vacuuming the rugs outside our room was yelling into her cell phone.

The front desk clerk Eesh is great! I hadn't been back in 35 years, and he was helpful on any questions that I asked. Very well mannered young man! And the breakfast was great, and you didn't have to leave to get it. Everything is also fairly close when you stay there.

We had an unfortunate experience with a member of our party being locked in the room from the inside and non-responsive. Front desk tried to help by contacting maintenance, but the maintenance person was either unwilling and or unable, not sure which, to come out to assist in opening the door. So, we called the fire department. Only after the fire department broke open a door did the person at the front desk realize he had a master key to just open that door instead of them having to break it open. Then, the facility had the audacity to charge us for the door. Perhaps better training for your front desk staff in emergency situations would’ve avoided a broken door and an emergency response.

everything was good the breakfast was the only down fall. the juice machine did not cool down the juice so that was definitely at room temperature. everything else was good.

staff was friendly and helpful the bathroom could use an update and the air conditioning was loud.

Room was clean, breakfast was ok

It was very close to my son’s apartment. The room had a very bad smell to it. I got used to it after being in the room for a while. The a/c was initially set to 64 upon arrival and it was freezing in the room. No apple juice on the breakfast buffet (ran out I guess?).
