Room was clean. Pool area was lovely but could have been cleaned up. garbage on the washroom floors and under the loungers pool needed some chemical attention

Staff was some of the best I have encountered at a hotel in this category. Super helpful, friendly and seemed to go above expectations for everyone. The gathering area and separate living area space with sofas and a TV were perfect for our family to gather since we were there for our son’s college graduation. The room with a kitchen and separate living room was spacious and easy to spend time in. The hotel was very clean and our room was very clean too. As common with hotels in busy college towns of a certain age, there are some things that could be updated but overall, this is the best place we have stayed in our four years visiting our son at UND. Wish we had stayed here first because we would have stayed every other time. Recommend!

Desk clerks great Jumped cost for a grad in town

Great breakfast, even greater Tuesday supper. Friendly staff. The pool was a little murky but a good temperature, hot tub nice and hot, little mini-pool with a rain thing was so fun for the kids. Very nice suite with dishes and a kettle, comfortable beds and couch. We'll be back!

Clean room, needs some updating. Kitchen floor was terrible. Good breakfast.

Our 2 bedroom suite was great. Loved having the kitchen. The hot breakfast was nice to have. Staff were very friendly. Overall a great place to stay. A child pulled the fire alarm, causing our pet some distress from the loud alarms and necessitating an evacuation from the building. Not ideal, but not the fault of the hotel or staff.

Comfortable beds, could have been cleaned better (gum in the shower), and very worn furniture.

Our room had shredded curtains and curtains with holes, bathroom ceiling peeling with huge areas missing, shelving for towels were dirty, both ottoman cushions were full of holes, plaster falling off parts of wall in living room area, and the bed was so worn that you could see the divots in the mattress.

We had two rooms. One the bed was really good the other was not. One room had a number of things that had been damaged and the fixed the other was in better shape. Two different experiences. Staff are very friendly and rooms were very clean.

Location was good Sidewalks out back were not cleat of snow and ice, under the front canopy built up ice hump to drive over. They need to update furniture in the rooms and clean up rooms , o stopper plunger in bathroom sink

We went to the hot tub right after check in and the pool area was a bit messy with used towels and items left behind by other guests. We were the only ones in the pool area at the time.

Average stay. Our room was clean, but walls and furniture were very beat up and in need of replacement and repair. Only one treadmill working in fitness room. Staff were very courteous. Breakfast was good. Overall a fine stay for a weekend.

When we arrived and checked in our room there was already people in it. That room was 312. We were then placed in room 317. In that room we found a used condom by the bed. When we tried to report the room being wrong and the condom found next to the bed, we were told there was no supervisor or manager to take the complaint. We asked for a different room and they were unable to. We were uncomfortable sleeping because of the smaller size bed. Our room was a downgrade from a king to a queen. When I went downstairs the next morning to get a spare key for my room, they explained that the room was under a different name, even though we had spent the night in it. It was difficult to get the key. The room was 317 and registered to a Daniel Long. I am extremely unhappy with how my trip stay went. The front desk staff offered to comp or refund my room, but we’re unable to because of a supervisor not being present. I left my name and number and still have not received a call back.

They checked someone else in our room so we had to wait to check in. When we arrived they said we already had checked in. We went to the pool area and found a kid pooped in the pool so it shut down for the entire time we were there. They put signs up in the morning making it seem like they wanted everyone to check out as soon as possible. The front deak was apologetic bit itll be tough to stay here again.

Good breakfast, better the second day no powdered scrambled eggs. Male staff at front desk a little too casually dressed and not knowelgable about the area food suggestions especially. Would try another hotel next time
