Nothing at all. They sold our room without a lick of remorse and looked at us like animals for needing a cheap place to stay. Everything. The entire place was what you’d expect for the price and worse. Lobby was filled with vending machines of poppers and other crummy paraphernalia.

Nothing. Checked out before even going to sleep for fear of mone and my sons safety Found a cockroach on the desk. Unsafe neighborhood. Drug addicts outside on lawn chairs. Room door wasnt secure. Stared in the face by an unleashed pit bull outside. Yelling and swearing heard all around until we left at 11pm. Stuck head out in hallway to check on noise and got called a bitch. Front desk staff unwilling to help or find a remedy. Hotel manager hung up on me when I called back the next day.

Dirty, room floors were sticky and the non smoking was non existent. It was so bad it hurt our lungs and the barking dogs. The receptionist was very kind when I told her we couldn't stay and issued my refund

The location was perfect for our needs and the lady at the front desk was great to work with. The place had a terrible odor, kind of like a pet store full of wet chinchillas. The "court yard" seemed enjoyable for others as two fathers enjoyed a 30 pack of Buds while their several children played. One excited child even shared with the front desk how he found a fender in the grass. The floor in the room was so sticky you had to keep your shoes on. The lighting is very dim which is probably best so you can't see what the room actually looks like.

The floors were sticky, the beds musty, cockroaches on the walls were crawling with cockroaches, there was cigarette burns in the sheets, including some roaches, and there was bed bugs, they didn’t switch us a room or refund us. And we came from two states over so it was a huge disappointment because we couldn’t get a better hotel for a cheap enough from night and we drove for 12 hours so we were best tired

Nothing The room was full of dirty floors, beds, etc. there was weed smell which was difficult to tolerate. The bedsheets were probably not washed that's why they gave an itching sensation. The lighting was also very poor. The neighboring room had a dog which was barking the whole night not allowing us to sleep.

Did not have breakfast. Don’t think it was available and wanted to get out of that noisy motel!!!! Worst night of my life in a motel!!!! Dogs barking for hours, kids screaming at dogs to shut up, people dragging things over the floor at all hours. I did not get to sleep until 3:30 and was up at 5:00. That facility needs to decide if they want to be an extended stay facility or offer rooms for travelers. They SUCK at trying to do both and I doubt they ever have an overnight guest come back a second time. They should only offer extended stay based on their current occupants. Lack of lighting in the room, no trash basket in the bathroom, not even a box of Kleenex!!! So GLAD my wife was not with me.

Poor

The friendly staff and the location. Room seemed decent, but sink had a slow drain, sloppy remodel, floors seemed clean, but dirty, my feet turned black and kept getting little dust balls in the bed. Spa looked over used or cleaned too often, coating was coming off. Smudges all over mirrors. Tissues plugging holes. TV couldn't download terms & agreements so I couldn't Netflix or anything to that extent. Horrible TV graphics. Wifi was weak. Also had a guy bugging me for money constantly.
