Days Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Near Downtown

The room was not very clean; the walls and floors were nasty, with half a condom wrapper behind the toilet. The shower barely worked. At the weekly rates offered, people were living there. The morning I left to catch my flight, the room next to me was still up partying at 430am. The air conditioner was about the only decent part of the stay. You could smell the weed being smoked in other rooms and I am pretty sure some questionable “business” ladies were there visiting different rooms (possibly explaining the condom wrapper). This was the absolute worst stay I have had. If I had my family with me we would have gone elsewhere. 10/10 do not recommend this place.

Nasty floors had to get staff in to clean hard floor but carpet made our socks black basically using the bed as a safe place. This was a ghetto looking hotel

Absolutely Nothing! It was in a terrible part of town, unsafe, unkempt! The room had mold in the shower. The building was NOT clean and very old. It was possibly the WORST place I have EVER stayed.

Arrived at this hotel, first thing I noticed was broken shattered window, and multiple people loitering outside, not friendly faces. Got to counter and was greeted by a VERY rude gentleman for no reason, guy seemed like he hated his life and job. Hotel has had multiple reports of blood stains and bed bugs, so ended up not staying here and demanding refund. NOT SAFE ENVIRONMENT!

Freaking disgusting. Absolutely filthy and needs to be burned to the ground. Elevator is dangerous and does not work properly. Staff however is very resourceful had used a washcloth shoved in between the wall and shower rod to hold it up. Ketchup used to cover what I can only assume was a blood stain.

There was blood on the floor lamp and ceiling, I took video proof, the clerk at the front desk was quite rude as well

I liked The area because everything was close They were doing construction and painting on my floor so it was very uncomfortable. The staff was rude about the situation and hung up on me when I asked to be moved to a different floor

Nothing I didn’t like much of anything, especially that so called breakfast. The donuts were old the coffee was like water and the juice machine was broken the whole time we were there WiFi was going in and out

Decent location. Awful front desk rep on Saturday morning. Gave a copy of my key to someone without my consent. Did not ask for their ID, my name or even their name, just gave it out! When I asked why he gave a room key out, he said he trusted the man he gave it to and that he “knew what I was doing” when I asked. I let him know I would be reporting them and his response was “what is Wyndham going to do?” and laughed at me. Mind you, I am five foot nothing and was in a city I’ve never been in before. They don’t care about safety. The female who checked us in was also saying room numbers out loud in a lobby with other people. Also, this was AFTER having to be moved because the first room was dirty and smelled like fecal matter and cigarettes.

Staff was decent no real complaints for anything. The only thing was housekeeping never came all 3 nights it was pitiful when I had to go find them to get towels

A lil sloppy cosmetically. However, everything else was great. No problems. Cleaner than the majority of other hotels that Ive experienced! Pleasant staff.

The rooms were gross! The first room we were in the window latch was broke and the window could be opened completely! Not safe at all!! Then we moved down to a new room and the door stuck. The cops were constantly circling the parking lot. We did not feel safe.

The elevator wasn’t working the room supposed to be non-smoking, but the whole building is smell like cigarette smoke and Mary J I don’t think I will recommend this place to any of my friends

I liked that there were 2 couches and a bed and spacious room. The breakfast was horrible. They had 2 cereals, plain bagels, and small muffins. Nothing warm like scrambled eggs. It was a very bad breakfast and there was a sign that said do not take food to rooms. Never seen something like that before.
