Worst hotel ever no one at front desk to check you in and then they don't give refunds

After multiple attempts to contact the hotel and trying to talk with their corporate offices, I could not confirm that anyone was there. They finally got back to me hours later, but I was on an airplane and didn’t see it. Then, they would not allow a refund even when hotels.com customer service requested it. So I didn’t even stay here and they got my money. I guess you should always check the reviews first!

The cockroaches and being charged the extra ten bucks for the room. It was booked online for fifty dollars. How is it I have to pay you 60 for the same exact service.

It was quiet and very cheap and basically had what I needed. I did not like the two cockroaches I saw scurrying around my room however.i did not like that booked the room online before I got there on the bus on the way there and the guy at the motel both had no idea I was coming and he charged me 60$ for a room I had just moments before I got there booked online for 50$. Like where is my ten extra dollars for?. I respectfully request a refund for the extra ten dollars I was overcharged.thank you. The cockroaches and being charged the extra ten bucks for the room. nothing I couldn’t even check in. There was no one in the front desk. I had to spend the night in my car.

I had to book a different hotel. When i arrived no one was in the office. The lights were out and no one was avaialable to answer my phone calls for over an hour. Their was mail scattered at the front desk window that looked like no one has been there for days. DO NOT BOOK THIS MOTEL
