Room wasn’t clean, pool wasn’t clean, Smelled terrible

Smell on the carpet, the smell on the bed sheet. The smell on the pillows Were really bad. All other than that, they have space for tractor trailer, which I love about it, and then breakfast is great. Also, great customer service. When I check in. I always have a great time speaking to the front desk, staff.

Not much actually. The room is what I call lipstick on a pig. Ceiling water damage was poorly plastered over. Bathroom wall poorly patched as well. Toilet seat was loose and slid over whenever sitting down. Could have sworn I felt something crawl over my face in the middle of the night. I swatted at it and found nothing. My wife found a cockroach running across the nightstand in the morning. I suspect that’s what may have visited me in the night. The breakfast in the morning was pretty pathetic. $160 was a lot for that bad experience. I would never return. They can do better.

Clean bed. Great price. Parking lot was a bit raggedy. Chair in room broken. Small drip leak under toilet. Smoke detector missing & wires hanging out of where it had been. Vent in bathroom quite loud. TV screen was smudged. Breakfast was not terrible, but not really good.

Its a hole in the wall

The housekeeping staff did a decent job as well. The trash was emptied every night, my bed was made almost daily, and the bathroom was cleaned each day. Whenever there was an issue with the microwave or anything else in my room, the daytime staff addressed it promptly. At $90 per night, I felt it was a decent value for the price. There were a few maintenance and safety issues that could be improved. The bathroom ceiling vent cover was hanging by only two of its four fasteners, leaving an opening that exposed what appeared to be an extension cord. The hallway also had a persistent musty odor, and the carpet showed numerous old stains. The bed cover also had an old stain. One night, another guest mistakenly tried to enter my room, apparently confusing it with her own. She later explained that her room was on the first floor while mine was on the second, so it appeared to be an honest mistake, but it was still unsettling. Additionally, the microwave in the first-floor kitchenette blew a fuse twice, causing the refrigerator, microwave, and toaster to lose power. The electrical circuit may need to be upgraded to better handle the appliances being used.

Good experience for the price. Friendly front desk.

the breakfast was ok. the gravy was in a crockpot and rather watered down, from the lid i'm guessing. all the other items were were pretty typical of a continental breakfast. a perk for the waffles was a choice of blueberry batter or plain! the location itself was ok. easy to find but right behind a liquor store. there were homeless people hanging around in the parking lot. lots of foot traffic, people milling about that made us uneasy about our safety and of our cars and its contents. our room door had dents in it that looked like bullet holes! when asked, the front desk said security made rounds every 2 hours. the staff itself was friendly but don't expect any extras in the room like lotion or a shower cap. it was bare bones. the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Poor Rundown

I was awakened at midnight by someone with a key to my room trying to open the door. When I called the front desk, the woman said I was "not assigned to the room". Even though I paid and checked in at 3pm? I was so startled it took 2 hours to get back to sleep. Breakfast the next morning was disgusting, everything ice cold ( eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). When I checked out I asked to see a manager but no one was available. I wasn't even given a sincere apology for what happened. They should have at least given me a discount on my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Hotel stunk like weed even before you entered the building. The smell inside was worse because they try to hide it with spray. Very strong smell all night. And got 4 different bug bites. :(

The location seemed to be in a bad area

The room had holes in the wall and dingy

The staff was incredibly kind and were cleaning while we checked in. the room itself was clean, but there was a lot of things broken. It didn’t cause us to have a bad stay but simple things like the shower head shooting water near the top where it connects to the plumbing and wall shelves not adhered to the wall/falling out of the wall were disappointing. We only stayed for one night and while I’m thankful we saved the money from staying somewhere closer to downtown; There’s just a few minor things I wish they would maintain.
