This hotel is the perfect location. It was great to have the restaurant, swimming pool, and I was able to do a Pelaton ride there in the workout room. We loved the bar on property and the snack station. Very convenient and clean. Nothing. Loved this property.

Hotel was nice, clean, had wristbands per guest for the pool area. We had teenagers yelling and banging on our door at 10:30pm repeatedly. I called the front desk and they said they would send a manager up to check things out.

Waiting wasn't an issue, the lack of greeting, acknowledgment, and reason for the waiting was. As a Corporate Trainer for Customer Service ... very off putting. Balcony with sitting area was awesome, my puppy Loved hanging out there. Having to pay for water?? ($2 a bottle? ) not cool. Made we want to become a coffee /tea drinker.

It was all just "fine". The room was very average, bed lumpy and linens scratchy. There are cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good. Because it cost more I thought this would be a step up, but it's not. Next time I will go down the road where I can get free continental breakfast and the same level of room. No reason to stay in an oversized, dark room with limited amenities that costs more than what is down the street.
