I liked that the room had multiple mirrors outside of the bathroom for us all to use to get ready, especially since the bathroom light didn’t work. This trip was planned for my 3 kids and I to have a little fun before school started again. At first I thought this is a good place/price, it looked nice and we should be comfortable. I was wrong. To start, the bathroom light would not turn on at all so I ended up taking the lamp from in the room into the bathroom to see. Front desk lady couldn’t help with that I was told and she wasn’t much help overall. Then, once I shined some light I could see the restroom was DIRTY :( The sink wasn’t clean and we didn’t have much for towels at all. Looked like they were leftovers from the previous guest. There was urine and feces and hair in and out of the toilet seat/floor. I went to the store to buy disinfectant spray with paper towel and cleaned it myself for us to use after our long drive. The tub was decent enough after a wipe down but the shower curtain had some stains. The front desk lady told me she would talk to her manager about this and get back to me but I didn’t hear from them. Besides all that the place was okay. We did our best and got through the night. I don’t think I’ll stay here again. My first experience like this and hopefully my only.

First day ok. Second day, terrible. Oatmeal all dried out, no eggs no sausage. No one taking care of things. Garbage overflowing. We came down at 8:30. Would have liked some muffins other than English. Two soft pillows. Other places have one soft and one firm. Weird tv stations. Hard to find something to watch. Hair from drain out in sink as soon as we walked in. Someone didn’t finish cleaning it.

No bottles of water was offered. The property, floors etc needed a good vacuum and floor cleaning. Including the elevator. The pool was closed for maintenance and remained so for our two day stay. The room was okay until I went to use the bathroom. I noticed right away the toilet seat was up and not sure what was all over it when lowered. Luckily I carry thieves with me so I proceeded to clean the toilet and the floor around it. As I was getting ready for bed I noticed a hair on a pillow. I tossed it on the floor and sprayed the bed, sheets, pillows with my thieves. Thankfully I had brought socks so I wore them as to not walk on the carpet. Next day, breakfast was adequate at best. I went to the front desk lady and requested my bathroom be cleaned and to remove the hairy pillow case. I was told and I quote, with an attitude, “I’ll bring it up the request to housekeeping management. It’s up to them. The room isn’t cleaned unless you stay for three or more days.” I repeated I’m not asking for the whole room but only the bathroom. She then repeated back, she’ll take the request to management. Not accommodating at all and seemed to careless about the dirty bathroom and how I had cleaned it. No apologies! No nothing! Rude! Of course I came back that evening and the room was as I had left it. Trashy place and rude personnel. DO NOT STAY!

The bed sheets were wrinkled with stains, just looked like the bed was remade with used sheets. When I asked for clean sheets, they were not delivered. I had to get to the front desk and asked the staff to give me some. When the staff gave me the sheets, I was told again “ I’m not housekeeping staff I’m front desk only. There is not house keeping staff.” That was before 1900hrs. I have never been so stressed staying in a hotel having to change bed sheets. Throughout the night, there were people slamming the door every 20 mins in and out of their rooms. This place is a nightmare!

Front desk was accomendating!! I came down for coffee at 9 and breakfast was full of everything; came back at 9:50 (10 min before shutting down) and no yogurt, egg sandwhiches, enough scrambled eggs for my wife and I. I get it, close to closing but there were a quite a bit that slept in for a concert the night before and was expecting descent breakfast at 945ish.

I like nothing about them. Staff are liars

Room was clean . Staff wasn't friendly.She was talking to someone on her phone . I didn't feel welcome .

Drain in the shower somewhat plugged, slow to drain.

Great stay! Our kids loved it!
