Great staff

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast was hot and good!

Everyone there was very friendly and very helpful. Cindy was very helpful of first night and I didn’t catch the name of the girl on second night which was after a day of 10 hours in the ER. Heat got to me and I passed out three times. So we came a second night with Doctor said we have to go home after ending the night in town or in the hospital chose to stay at the Marriott. Didn’t like the first night too much as there was a vanity in the bathroom was the handicapped suite or whatever was not very handy vanity to put stuff I would suggest they make some improvements on that bed was comfortable.

My experience staying at your hotel was very good. Would definitely stay there again. My room was very clean and the staff was very nice.

The pool was very clean and well kept!

The beds were so comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but the coffee was the best hotel coffee I've had in years.

There were food crumbs on the floor when we got into our room. The shower had black mildew in multiple places.

Yogurt, Juice and Bagel. Wish they had more vegetarian option, Waffel maker was not working as designed. Needed Bread /Toast .

The staff was amazing from the time we walked in to the time we walked out they were very accommodating and very kind and smiling faces. It’s not often you go somewhere and everyone is happy and smiling. And I mean everyone we ran into front door staff, the housekeeping, janitors, those who were checking the breakfast bar everyone just made us very comfortable and welcoming. Thank you !

Nos dejaron si reserva. Llegamos y no había la habitación que habíamos reservado. Nos hicieron esperar como 30 minutos. Finalmente ni las disculpas del caso. La persona que atendía en la recepción no tenia empatía ni era cortez. Pesimo servicio y capacidad de resolución del problema. No vuelvo nunca mas

It was average since it was older property.

We always like Fairfield Breakfast, this brings us back. Staff were new and learning new computer system but friendly and very polite. Breakfast bar was a little low on items and didn’t seem to have one person dedicated to the area for refills and cleaning tables.

when i came to check in i was waiting for almost 10mins, along with 4 other people. i also stayed for two nights and housekeeping did not come in the room once to change the trash, or give new towels. besides that everything else was decent

Room & entire hotel were very clean and well maintained. The staff was great, offering help before being asked. We would stay here again.

Had to move rooms because facilities quit working and the person couldn’t resolve the issue. In second room tv wasn’t working and had to call again. Then Fairfield charged my account again the amount that booking charged and didn’t fix that problem in a timely manner.
