Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids-Kentwood by IHG

We had a great stay! Nicholas was a huge help in putting the Lions game on the tv in the foyer for us and then other people staying there also came down and watched with us! Thank you so much! Nicholas did share that the TVs in the rooms are not smart TVs yet but said that they were doing an upgrade sometime around November so that will make the stay even better!! The breakfast was 5 stars!!! Buffet style and everything was amazing!! We took advantage of the hot tub and although the jets in it were getting fixed in the next couple of days the water was still very nice! We then went to put our feet in the pool and it was refreshing! Very nice hotel with pleasant staff!! Absolutely recommend! Close to everything! Nice area and felt safe!

I left early to the airport. Try to checkout, but it was no one on the front desk.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would note is that there were no USB ports anywhere in the room to charge your phone and since we did not bring any charging boxes, just USB cords, we were not able to charge our phones in the room for the duration of our stay.

When I complimented the manager on a well-run hotel he immediately credited his staff. The property was well maintained, super clean, breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

It was a pleasure staying here. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly!

Great place to stay. Only need to update the televisions

Staff was very nice and friendly. The room could have been much cleaner. My family and I kept sneezing in the room and daughter started wheezing. When we were packing up to leave the next morning found mold growing on the vents of the AC unit in the room. Hot tub also not working and was told it has been down for a long time. Still charged full price even with those issues.

Great breakfast. Staff was very polite. Will be back again ❤️

At one point all the water was just hot for about an hour. Could not use any of the sinks or shower without burning out hands. Was also charged twice for the room an was told it was the security deposit (the deposit was 75 not the full price of the room) i had to dispute it with my bank

Family friendly, clean, and staff very helpful and responsive. Kitchen well equipped for short stay, bedding ok and good choice for breakfast.

The property was clean, beautiful flowers, awesome hot tub, and pool outside a great breakfast and the staff was amazing🤗
