No restroom at check in, but waiting in line 👋

Most of the stay was great. I wish you had an exhaust fan in the bathroom as it seemed to steam up so bad the floor was super slippery. We had 4 people staying so it was being used for showers and suck. Also not a lot of lights in there. One stand up lamp next to couch did not work at all. Needs repair. Big room, great size bathroom. Air works great.

I used my credit card a week to stay for 5 days.went to check in and it was a vacant. Why did they have me use my credit card for nothing. Call me on the phone!

The listing and pictures were misleading. There was no toiletries provided except for one small bar of soap. There was a place where a hair dryer used to be but is now missing. And the furniture was very worn down and gross looking.

They called 2 hours before we were to check in to tell us they were over booked and they didn't have a room for us.then told me if I wanted my money back id have to go on line to get it back and they were no help with that issue.
