They called 2 hours before we were to check in to tell us they were over booked and they didn't have a room for us.then told me if I wanted my money back id have to go on line to get it back and they were no help with that issue.

Nothing. Stinky rooms. Broken lamp cords and tvs.

It was amazing

I liked the price compared to others in the Grand Rapids area, but you get what you pay for. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The whole hotel wreaked of cigarettes, Marijuana and something incredibly rotten all at the same time. Having to pay extra to rent utensils for the provided kitchenette is hilarious especially when even the microwave was broken.

Ashley was nice. Nothing else was good. Nothing else was good. This is the worst place ever. Scam. They Blame booking Booking blames them. I was sold a room thst didn't match. Nothing advertised was true, except the address of where I was going to be scammed.

Absolutely nothing It was the most disgusting place I have ever been in. I would have feather slept in my car. We checked out half and hour after checking in.

No breakfast. Had to ask for towels and hair dryer. Kitchenete but no dishes, pans, etc. a real bare bones hotel! Everything could have been better

My room had no hair dryer or coffee machine. The battery cover on TV remote was gone so the batteries kept falling out. Furniture was all knocked. Walls had patch jobs but not painted over. Felt yucky.

The property was now kept nice at all. There were junked cars in parking lot.

Located in a good area, but the cleanliness was poor—the apartment was very dirty. There was no light in the bathroom; the fixture was dismantled, making the room look completely out of order. The TV stand was broken, the hallway carpet smelled bad, and the elevator was dirty. The reception staff were friendly, but they were unable to switch my room or resolve the electrical issue.

The hotel smelt like cat pee and mildew. Out hotel room did not lock. We ended up leaving the hotels and booking somewhere else.

Room was clean although the hotel and rooms are very outdated. Carpet all throughout is dirty.

Their was no breakfast service !! The smell in the entire building !!

Na I think there front desk staff was sleeping. I called from the house phone 6 times then had to call the main line to get checked in.

The staff Front desk lady Vanna was very helpful with anything I needed. N/A

Location

Room was fine but toilet bowl was dirty with trace of human waste. Took me an hour and 45 minutes to get in and have a room even though I arrived at 12:15 AM and tried to use the courtesy phone but nobody answered for 45 minutes. The person in charge for the evening is not answering the phone and maybe sleeping. I even call the day before to inform them that my plane is coming late and I may check-in around midnight. Only when I called the reservation phn no did I get to talk to someone to tell them that I was in the lobby waiting for someone to check me in. I will never use this hotel for having irresponsible employee.
