The location was the only good thing about this place The front desk staff and Housekeeper were rude. The room was dirty when we arrived, called to switch rooms and the clerk insisted on sending housekeeping at 9:00 pm? She came up with windex upon showing her the dirty room she told me couldn’t please me or my demands, the front clerk then refunded my deposit, and charged my husband again for the deposit. The elevator was broken and pool was down. No coffee or anything in the lobby, filthy carpet. The new room was dirty too, cupboards had crumbs inside.

we like the little kitchen,the bed was nice and firm, the bathroom was clean. the man at the front deck was very friendly,and had a warm smile.we loved having a sitting room separate from the beds. the room needed a vacuum, we only had one washcloth,and there wasn't and bars of soap to wash our hands.the elevator was out of order,thank goodness we were on the first floor!

The room was relatively clean. The room was big with 2 private bedrooms and bathrooms. The TV in the living area did not work, The elevator was broken and by looking at other reviews it appears to have been broken for months. The hallways reek of pot smell. The hallways and steps were extremely dirty.

False advertisement! No breakfast switch is seen on the website. The elevator didn't work had been out for weeks. My room was on the third floor so it was lots of walking on a relaxing trip it was supposed to be. No clean towels. No screens in the windows

It was definitely not a 3 star hotel not even a 2 star!

The location Our rooms were so dirty. Trash still in the trash cans when we got there, the room was 80 degrees, shower hasn’t been cleaned, smelled like cigarettes in both rooms, floors were dirty and not vacuumed, it was by far the worst place I’ve ever stayed it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone- I would steer clear.

The staff were friendly. Room smelled like smoke, and to fix this housekeeping stuffed dryer sheets in the vents. Floor was dirty in the room, and the bathroom smelled like weed. There was no hand soap. The elevator was broken. People across the hall were shouting until 1am, and staff did nothing about it. The pillows on the bed were a foot tall and rock hard, except for the one which was a blanket stuffed in a pillow case. The couch and chair in our room looked like they were straight out of the seventies, with the grime to prove it. The sink was plugged, and when I pulled out the stopper it smelled positively vile. Don’t bother, find another place.
