The hotel staff were very friendly upon check-in and very helpful when we needed to figure out an early departure. The room and hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast offered multiple options.

Overall happy with my stay aside from the fact the guy working afternoons stated he couldn’t get us more pool towels because the game was on and he didn’t want to miss it.

Clean, great breakfast and beautiful rooms. Loved it.

I used Uber because i wasnt going to the airport. The kind desk clerk helped me put the Uber app on my phone and how to use. I was very grateful. Im from a small town in Montana without such services.

Check in person wasn’t friendly. Didn’t explain times of breakfast. All other workers were great!!! Very clean. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable bed. Nice pool!

I attempted to cancel my stay as I had some last minute issues. Hotels.com tried numerous times to contact the property and they would not answer. I got billed for nothing because this hotel chose not to answer on a Friday afternoon. Additionally I called before my trip to confirm they would pick me up at the airport. Main reason for choosing this hotel. I was told that they would not pick me up because my flight got in at 11:45pm. Even though their own site said after 1am I would have to schedule with property. Was asked over and over by the lady at the desk if I wanted to cancel because they couldn’t pick me up. I said at the time I had no other choice and would figure out how to get to the property. Failures across the board here.

Very clean location - don't ask to stay past your checkout time (I am a remote employee). They charge for this. Ever heard they charged someone for not staying for an extra night they booked.

Everything was wonderful

The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was pretty good better than other breakfast at other Homes2 Suites Hilton locations. Housekeeping is excellent. The washer/dryers were clean/ well maintained. The water/coffee/front desk area were all maintained not gross and unclean. I was impressed with the overall maintenance inside and out of this hotel. The kitchen area fridge,microwave all of it clean. There are lots of restaurants and stores right by the hotel so convenient! The staff was extremely helpful with everything we asked and needed. I'd like to mention specifically Chloe,Shay and Sherida at the front desk, so friendly,welcoming, cheerful and make you feel like you are home away from home.

Very nice place to stay, in a great area. Was perfect for the a weekend get away!

Location I’m a Hilton diamond member and I had to wait 2hrs for my room to be ready. Then when I got into the room I can tell it seemed rush or something because the sheets were loose and there was some debris left on the counter. Not happy as a diamond member.
