The hotel was wonderful. The staff very friendly. I do wish it had a coffeemaker though in the room.

One of the elevators was malfunctioning -- a strident ringing all the way up and down -- this lasted for the entire three days we were there. Maybe the Otis guy had been called, but if so, maybe a note taped to the elevator would have been helpful. Truly appreciate that you accommodate dogs. Pancake machine is slow and tempermental. Maybe switch it out for a waffle machine like other hotels have. TV was easy to use. Great shower.

Exceptional

Upon arrival, the staff greeted us with a smile & true professionalism. Check-in was smooth & easy! Lots of parking within the parking lot. Our room was exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfortable & the shower was absolutely amazing. We didn’t use the pool, but did go check it out & it looked amazing! If only our stay was longer, we would have gone swimming!

Clean room. The breakfast was better than the usual breakfast at hotels. Lots of selections and maintained.

No hot tub.

Fairly new. Trash & sheet collection piled up in 4th floor hallway in the evening. Ran out of coffee 2 mornings. Pancakes machine didn’t work 2 mornings.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Friendly reception, clean and ready room when we checked in. Fairly priced considering there was a near by music festival.

The room was very clean. The staff was not great with restocking the food for breakfast. They ran out of eggs, forks and knives and did not restock them while we were there.

Perfect for us to catch an early flight.

NOTHING I am leaving this review because guests deserve to feel safe and have privacy in their hotel room. I checked into Tru by Hilton Friday afternoon, 7/31. While my partner and I were in our room, an employee used a key to enter without knocking or warning. I immediately went to the door because I was the more clothed of the two of us. He stood in the doorway and talked to us. When I questioned why he had entered, he laughed and acted nonchalant. I called the front desk immediately, but they could not explain why he entered and apologized. At 11:42 PM, I was woken by a call from the hotel instructing me to come downstairs to check in. I had already checked in, paid incidentals, and had an assigned room. I was told the hotel's system was down and staff could not determine who was staying in which room. I was also told my name was "Michele," which is not my name. I waited downstairs close to an hour and was told the GM, Abdul, would be available around 9 AM. I came down at 9 AM and was told he would call me when he arrived. By 1 PM, I was still waiting. I eventually spoke with Abdul and recorded the conversation. I am including the recordings. Abdul apologized for the employee entering our room and told us our stay was taken care of and that an additional night would be provided at no charge. On 8/3, while I was at work, my partner was in the room. Three separate employees came to the room at different times and used keys to open the door without prior warning. I left work to speak with Abdul. Instead, I was told we were no longer welcome and needed to leave. An employee escorted us to collect our belongings and skipped down the hallway laughing. I then spent over an hour with Hilton Customer Relations attempting to file a complaint and get assistance which Emmanuel said I would have to talk to Abdul to come to resolution.
