Everything was clean and staff helpful. Breakfast was good.

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The property was pristine, inside and out. Great area with many dining options from upscale to drive through in the area.v

Clean and efficient. Beds were awful though. Stiff and felt like I was going to roll off the side.

The hotel they referred me too had 1 pm latest checkout. The only good Thing I can say is the unit was spacious. The curtains were wrinkled, towels were uber thin , holes in curtain liner to keep light out etc…. It was HIGHLY disappointing!! I called Tru last night and asked for mgr to call me today as I was VERY dissatisfied!! I have yet to receive a call.

However I truly rate my experience based on how easy staff made it to check in and the interactions with the staff who work at the hotel. This was the worst stay ever. Started off by arguing with front desk about how I paid my room in full back in April. Had the receipt to prove. Still ended double charged for the room with no call back from a manager. After check in we realized there was not a remote for the tv anywhere. Requested a new one immediately. Waited around for about 30 mins and nobody showed up with one so we told the front desk we were grabbing dinner real quick. It was now 10:30 at night, 4 hours past check in time. Still no remote. Front desk claimed they tried to bring me one while I was out (I was gone 30 mins) but if that were the case… they would’ve had it on hand when I asked again. I continued to wait 30 more minutes for a remote. Pool was cloudy and dirty. Hand rails weren’t even secured. Desk staff lied to my face without a care. Worst tru I’ve ever been to.

We had issues with check in where first they couldn’t find our reservation and then we were sent to a room that hadn’t been cleaned. They guy at the counter was not helpful at all and didn’t seem bothered that we were upset

There was an issue with my check in. Apparently my first and last name were reversed by either Expedia or the hotel and the clerk was confused and took a few minutes to proceed with the check on.

Clean hotel, front desk staff was rude

The property was great. Breakfast was good, the swimming pool was great except for the broken handrail going into the pool. I would stay at this hotel again.

I wanted hot tea around 9pm. The person at the counter got me fresh hot water.

Bed excellent. We both slept very well,

Perfect for the night before our flight. Affordable parking and free airport shuttle make it our go-to hotel before flying out of GRR.

Clean, new and inviting. Good location for our needs
