On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and they have a little breakfast bar in the mornings with bagels, cereal, muffins, etc. which was nice.

They should have extra towels and a blanket for a double bedded room. The hotel was clean and a/c was good

Great staff great stay

The breakfast was not great. On Sunday I came down for breakfast and there was barely anything left. The trash can was overflowing onto the floor I mentioned it the person at the desk and she had an attitude. Finally a guy came out and put a plastic bag next to the overflowing trash can. He didn’t even empty the can.

The property seemed to have been updated/remodeled recently. Paint was peeling of the newly painted bathroom door. The beds were comfortable. What lacked was the breakfast; a true continental with bagels (with no way to slice it), watered down orange juice and yogurt. It is also a dog allowed hotel, so we heard a dog barking in a room on our floor up until 10:00.

Travelers should know that Sparks by Hilton is a “no frills “ motel. So no note pen or pen in the room. No coffee pot in the room. Be sure to grab a cup from the 24 hour coffee area near the lobby because there isn’t one in your room. The breakfast was a self-serve, minimum selection continental breakfast. It was fine, but again, simple I would stay here again, but it is definitely “no frills”.

I booked a room with queen-size beds, but they gave me a room with double beds.

Was woke up by fire alarm at 8am because of the construction right next to my wall.

It was updated and clean and in good location This on booking.com and Hilton. When you book a pet friendly hotel there should be clear communication about any charges. A $50 Fee on a $84 booking is excessive for me and I would have choose different if I had known that up front. Hilton can charge what they want but I need to know how much before I book and booking should disclose that before I book

The front desk clerk was very friendly and professional. The premises were Immaculate inside and out and the rooms were very clean spacious and comfortable. I think the toilets should be a little higher.

Super friendly staff, very clean hotel. Looks like they just renovated. Shout out to Steven and Casey for accommodating my Fiancée, cats, and myself. Great stay!
