Booked hotel back in January 2026 for a trip in August. When the day came for my trip, we got to the hotel and notice that 3 posted notices were on the door saying the place was condemned for a fire that happened back in a November 2025. Now why would this site let me book a room for a hotel that was knowingly condemned and not tell me? Why was booking even available!? Horrible place and horrible staff when I tried calling for a refund. I currently have a claim filed in hopes of getting my money back, but am not hopeful at all with the process that these people run by. DO NOT GO HERE .

Arrived at property, the building had signs that the building was condemned. I recieved zero notification about my reservation. Very upsetting!!!!

I booked the room in January so we had a place to stay after a late concert. When we went to check in on July 5th we found a document taped on the door saying the building was CONDEMNED in NOVEMBER. It was midnight and we ended up driving over an hour and a half home. Does that make sense? Nope. Why was I allowed to book a dump that had been condemned for over a month at booking? After digging I found I got an email from April that asked me to open an attachment. In that it had a cancellation confirmation. Why didn't I just get an email saying STAY CANCELLED? Obviously Expedia was clueless not only allowing me to book a CONDEMNED hotel, but because I got an email asking about my check in and stay experience. It ruined a fabulous night and I will book elsewhere next time. Lesson learned.

We were unable to stay here. The hotel is closed. NO ONE reached out to us. We showed up for Cheer Competition weekend and found signs saying the hotel is closed. We were thankfully able to find another hotel with a room available.

Never attended The staff never informed me that my reservation was cancelled due to a previous fire that occurred and was very rude when I called to confirm my reservation

Staff was friendly and helpful when asking questions and checking in and the nice ladies who take care of the rooms Rooms do a great service. keeping it clean, Location was good. there was no neighbor room noise. That when we entered our room for first time it was very hot. A/C wasn't on. I turned on and left for a while. it was nice and cool but not cold per say after 3 hours. but comfortable. lobby and hallways were on warm side. it was 100-degree day out. Elevator seemed to have a weed smell every time we used it. So ended up using stairs.

No toiletries. No hairdryer. Could have been cleaned better. The room had water damage on the bathroom door

Room was hot. Went to cool off and the air didn’t blow so it took entire stay to get cool. No remote couldn’t access tv. Air condition needed to BLOW out to cool room down
-
availability it seemed very unkept. Messy hallways, elevator button lights didn't work, our room was not fully clean, there was blood or feces on the wall. the chairs in the breakfast area are disgusting, the muffins were hard as rocks, lids did not fit the coffee cups

There was a fire at the hotel and we were not notified. We showed up to check in with ny two kids who were very excited to stay the night and swim in the pool, only to be let down. When i called the number for thr front desk they were not even slightly apologetic.

The hotel had been deemed unsafe due to a fire almost 3 weeks before we arrived. The hotel doors were locked, no one was there, and it was vacant. Very poor customer service to not notify us ahead of time. It cost us way more to find last-minute arrangements. Wyndham needs to do something to make this right.
