Nice hotel close to the airport. “Free public parking” was a listed amenity along with shuttle service but parking was only free the night you stayed and other nights there was a fee.

Not updated, floors in room needed more vacuuming, pool was too cold to enjoy. Good location, breakfast was good. Staff was nice and helpful.

Perfect for our needs.

The room was very overpriced for the quality and size of the room. The decor was outdated and the shower had a difficult time draining. The $20 buffet was mediocre. I think someone may have added extra salt to the bacon. I felt like I was licking a salt lick. Overall, not terrible but way overpriced.

Hotel was not very clean room had a closed end older smell. I had to clean the bathroom with my own cleaning Products was not worth the price.

Excellent customer service. Young lady that was there that evening, Rashana, was very helpful answering all our questions. The room was excellent very clean

This property has a good vibe. Much better than Marriott Suites nearby. Not as friendly or efficient.

Great stay in Grand Rapids! Stayed here during the Ionia Freak Fair. Room and hotel were clean. All the staff were super friendly. Very conventionally located to the interstate, shopping, restaurants and dispensaries. I typically refuse housekeeping during hotel stays because of a previous bad experience. Someone did come in while I was gone to make the bed, take trash and leave fresh towels despite the do not disturb sign being on the door. Weirded me out a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal as none of my belongings were disturbed and I hadn’t specifically requested no housekeeping during my stay. Overall highly recommend this hotel!

The staff could br friendlier. Otherwise, everything was great.
