We had a very nice stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Location is concenient Easy access to all areas where we needed to go. Plenty of free parking.

The cookies were very good it was a welcoming surprise I did enjoy my stay it was very nice staff was friendly. I didn't have any conditioner we tried to use the conditioner that was left in the bottle but as trying to get it out it got disconnected from the wall so that was kind of a bummer

It was very clean My clothes were stolen from the room and no one is contacting me about it.

Staff said all the rooms were booked but they weren’t so I booked one online. Otherwise staff were sweet and the pool and room was great!

Decent location. Breakfast is a 15 dollar buffet and you have to walk the length of the building for free coffee. No refrigerator or microwave in the room and the ice machine was not working on our floor. We will not stay here again.

The property is well maintained + clean. The team were engaging and ready to help us have a great experience! No complaints

Claimed to be a king bed more like a queen. Trim and wood work inside of room seemed to have water damage. Ac loud and wakes you up. Got a "early l

The pitchers display that there is a hot tub, there is no hot tub in the pool area or around the pool area or anywhere within the hotel amenities.

There was no place to hang clothes. I flew in to attend a wedding and packed a suit. I would have liked to have hung up the suit to let wrinkles fall out. I had other shirts and pants to hang up also.

It was easy to get to. The first room had a busted ac, the second room lacked basic hotel accommodations of the first room, the smell of chlorine was so strong it hurt the eyes to walk the hall. Ice machines were broken. The bath tub was chipped in the bottom and cut your feet. The staff was not only inept but rude.

Very clean and friendly staff No fridge or microwave in room. Shower drain did not drain well

Airport shuttle free and so convenient and the drivers were very accommodating. Gym had functioning equipment which was useful. Close to airport. Beds were pretty comfortable as were pillows. Plenty of towels. The hotel looks older and in need of renovation and room just seemed a bit dingy though not dirty per se. The grout was darker for example and darker carpet to hide stains, but mostly just because old. No water filter in gym to fill bottles. Air conditioner turning on and off was so loud. Worst part was the neighboring rooms opening and closing doors until 3AM and talking loudly in hallway meant for not sleeping well at all - in first floor near pool. Maybe I got dealt one of the floors for “third party vendors” hence bad room?

No breakfast with room purchase. You have to purchase breakfast separately for 15 bucks. No hot tub. There is a pretty good size pool. No microwave in room

The staff was amazing. Ms. Candace and the staff were very nice and welcoming. The room needs a makeover comfortable bed. Bath tub very slippery I almost fell twice and the shower head was so forceful I felt assaulted. Although the staff was awesome I don't plan to return.
