Pillows. The whole place was dirty and barely maintained. The hallway floors looked like they hadnt been vaccuumed un weeks. Our room had a strange smell. I've stayed in cheap hotels and this was the worst. But the worst was how I was treated.The general manager was rude and unhelpful. I booked the place last minute through Booking.com due to flight delays. I only planned on one night. Flight was delayed longer and we weren't getting to the hotel until 6 am. I knew we needed to sleep past 11 am checkout so tried to modify my booking to add a 2nd night. The app was confusing and I accidentally created a new reservation for 2 nights in addition to the 1 night I already had. My error but I immediately called the hotel within minutes and was told I needed to contact Booking and the general manager would help when he arrived the next day. I contacted Booking who sent an email to the hotel to approve the cancelation for the double booking. I thought all would be fine until I interacted with the General Manager the next day. He was irritated before I even opened my mouth. He had zero empathy of the circumstances, was condescending and refused to approve the cancelation. He proceeded to read it to me their policy verbatim. There was no way I was going to get an ounce of common sense out of the kid (yes, he was basically a child and acted like it). I was frustrated but remained calm and never raised my voice. Finally I gave up reasoning with him and told him I would just report it to the BBB and he threatened to KICK US OUT of the hotel if I did. Seriously??? Thankfully we never planned to stay a 2nd night and left a couple hours later. That is now the most expensive 9 hour hotel stay I've ever had. We contacted the corporate office as well and Booking. No one would help. If you use Booking or this hotel be aware that there is zero room for error or common sense. They will screw you if they can.

Easy booking process. Noises, wasnt as clean.

Dirty room, hallway and dining area. Property smells like marijuana, sign of decline. Upon arrival there was no staff for check in. I had to wait 10 minutes.

Not sure how to answer positively. The facilities were grungy and run-down. The beds looked iffy-- I was unsure if the sheets, etc had been changed and it wasn't clear if I could reasonably expect any change if I complained. The there was a crumbling staircase from the second floor to the outdoor first floor. This was an impromptu smokers' area where smoker congregated. The doors to outside were clearly marked against propping them open, and they were constantly propped open. Which worried me because the hotel seemed very not-secure. The parking lot behind the building was run-down and had lots of litter. I think you have to understand that if a property looks and feels gross, there's a real concern that maybe the guest shouldn't mention it. Because . . . this property was scary. It was supposed to be a step up from my last hotel. Instead, it felt like barely a step up from a transient hotel. Seriously. There was some kind of filth behind the entertainment center . . . like something had been spilled and run down the wall. The paint on the bathroom door was peeled. One of the lights in the room was burned out or something. It didn't work. The "continental breakfast" was lackluster. It seemed like less variety than other hotels.

Front desk lady was kind. The room smelled like a dog. Dog hair was everywhere. The floors were filthy and unwashed. We had to request the floors be washed because of the crumbs and dog food left behind by housekeeping. The pull out bed was filthy and full of crumbs and dog hair we will never return

I think the overall cleanliness could have been better but besides that it was pretty decent

The price I reserve two beds n my room only one bed n there was 3 of us. Our toilet didn’t work good.

Very affordable and staff is pleasant. It was a good price and served our purpose.

Everything was exceptional

Staff was amazing rooms were all as described and clean I booked 17 rooms for a family trip August 21-23rd for a family trip to Michigan Adventures in (remembrance of my son Derek Robinson and his best friend Trayvontay that were tragically killed October 4, 2025 in Ohio at I75 and breese road exit 120 northbound) pretty sure everyone had a good time, most definitely will stay again highly recommended for groups they also have free hot breakfast and an outdoor pool thanks again for making our stay great
