Drury Inn & Suites Grand Rapids

We enjoyed our entire stay in the hotel the yummy breakfast buffet, the free cocktail n snacks/dinner, the nicest staff , the cleanliness n the amenities of the hotel. This is the second Drury inn and Suites that we stayed in and we always had a superb experience. Keep it up and we will continue to stay in all of your hotels.

The breakfast buffet and dinner meals are always good. I've only stayed twice at a Drury Inn and Suites and both times they were low on food, plates and silverware. Someone had to keep asking staff to bring more out. Also, the hotel bathroom in the Grand Rapids location had very slippery when wet tile... Dangerous, especially to elderly people.

The location for our visit to Meijer Gardens was good. Although on a busy road, you avoid Downtown Grand Rapids. The room was clean & spacious. The breakfast outstanding. We didn’t take advantage of the managers reception but they served good & free drinks. Our only disappointment was that the pool was small & crowded.

The staff at the Kitchen + Bar were outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and made every visit enjoyable. The desserts were delicious, and they served what was probably the best mojito I've ever had! The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked with plenty of fresh options, and the evening Kickback was just as impressive. The food was consistently replenished, and everything was clean and organized, even during busy times. The entire hotel was spotless, comfortable, and staffed by people who genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We can't wait to return and would highly recommend the Drury Inn Grand Rapids to anyone visiting the area!

I liked the popcorn and the complimentary drink card. Nice touch. The food wasn't great. Having a separate bedroom in our room was a major perk for us and worked out great.

This hotel was by far one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were all friendly, breakfast was delicious, the kitchen/bar u can order food from at night was delicious, everything was very clean and the beds were a dream! It was also pet friendly for my 9.5 lb Cavapoo! I’d definitely stay here again!

Clean room and well maintained property

From the time we first arrived in our room and saw the nite on the pillow indicating exactly who cleaned our room prior to our arrival until checkout, this was an amazing hotel visit. All the staff were happy helpful with anything we needed, and were a pleasure to talk to. The free full breakfast buffet was better than ordering a meal at Bob Evans across the street, and the free dinners with 3 drinks provided (for 21+) were great as well. Just in meals alone, we saved over $200 by staying here instead of staying elsewhere and going out. We will definitely be looking for Drury hotels in the future

Very Very Pleased with this hotel i’m a fanatic about clean and our room was very very clean the breakfast was good and the free drinks and eats at 5:30 was also very good. Would stay here again without a second thought and because of the excellent service we got at this Drury hotel. We will look for Drury hotels in our other travels.

They need to make sure their are enough bath towels and wash cloths for all people in the room
