Clean room and well maintained property

We called for a lat check-in and they gladly held our room. Once there the staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was short so we could not experince the offered ammenties.

My family and I booked this hotel for a friend’s wedding and knew it provided breakfast as an amenity. I had no idea the hotel also included evening meals and drinks as well, amazing price for all that came with the stay! Very nice staff and well maintained property. The hallways did have some food and dirty plates that remained near the elevators/trash cans for a few days and weren’t cleaned up but otherwise everything was very nicely kept!

Really nice hotel with nice food. Only let down by the kickback bar staff member who was particularly pedantic about the use of valid cards.

Air circulates internally by floor at this hotel, in a closed system, spreading germs and air-borne disease. There was ghastly cold air streaming onto my head all night from a badly placed bedroom wall vent near the ceiling that was also horribly noisy. All because the idiots who built this hotel put in WINDOWS that DO NOT OPEN for fresh air. Burning energy with clamorous motors is the ONLY option. Breathing toxic Freon-saturated air from A/C on a cool autumn night was the ONLY option. LOUD electric mechanicals inside the walls also contributed to a worse night’s sleep in AGES. What cruel designers and hotel management would conceive & execute such foulness ? I will NOT be back. STAY AWAY ! It’s very too awful as many other amenities make this hotel chain an otherwise desirable choice.

Considering the amount paid for the day, the services and food were all of a high, impressive standard.

The room was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly! The conditioner dispenser in the shower didn't work, and that was frustrating!!
