Holiday Inn Express Grand Rapids Airport North by IHG

Pretty much excellent in every way. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Hotel coffee is usually meh, but they have this crazy magic machine that grinds and brews a perfect cup as you wait!

There were some issues with the bathroom but beside that one issue it was a good place to stay.

I had a great stay with my daughter a few weeks ago. Zero problems. It was clean, quiet and super peaceful in a great location close to fast food and the freeway.. no bugs. Staff was very nice, and parking was close to the doors. The breakfast was awesome. 10/10 would recommend!!!

I appreciate the flexibility I had during my stay. I can arrive and check in whenever it’s convenient for me. The same goes for check-out—just drop off my key card and leave. Everything works perfectly. The rooms are perfectly equipped for a night before or after a flight. The staff was extremely helpful and solution-oriented when I was unable to book a shuttle to the airport. If you need a shuttle to the airport, it's best to book it well in advance. Unfortunately, there was no room left for me, but they offered me an alternative solution.

Very helpful staff, very clean room, comfortable bed, good soundproofing. Liked the fire pit in the back. Good location next to Meijer supermarket, safe neighborhood. Shuttle to the airport at 4:30 am was very helpful. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, but had essential food.

Great location, clean room, kids enjoyed the pool, well stocked breakfast and friendly front desk. Would stay here again.
