Hotel seemed pretty new and clean. Had everything we needed for one night on the road.

The room is spacious and clean. Very quiet and a convenient location.

Immediately upon entering our room, we noticed it smelled like cigarette smoke -- this is supposed to be a 100% smoke-free property. Then we noticed a wet spot on the comforter on our bed. We notified the front desk and they brought a replacement, but left the dirty one. One of the pillowcases had small stains -- I know they bleach them, but it's still unsettling to see. Water pressure was pretty low, although that's true of all hotels. It was adequate for the one night we needed it to be close to the airport for an early morning flight, but would not choose this hotel again.

Our room was at the end of the 2nd floor. We checked in around 7pm and were surprised to find piles of dirty linen outside 2 doors near our room. Our room was very clean so we wondered if something happened to the person who was responsible to clean the rooms. The night clerk said that he found the maid's cleaning cart left in the middle of the hall of the first floor and he also wondered what happened. Since we arrived at 7pm and had taken a shuttle from the airport we were hoping the hotel had a restaurant where we could enjoy a dinner. We were given a list of restaurants, but we needed to have a car to get there. That was disappointing. Luckily we had some protein bars to eat! Same thing was true for breakfast. Our flight left at 5am. There was nothing at the hotel and nothing at the airport was open. So we had no dinner or breakfast until our plane landed in Chicago and luckily our layover was long enough we had time to eat.

Great location just off the freeway. Easy on-site parking. Excellent price for a spacious, clean room. Decent breakfast and yummy coffee. Will stay again.

This hotel has gone way down hill from the previous years.

The bed was so comfortable! The room was spacious and clean, and the linens were cozy. I loved it! Breakfast was what you’d expect, great to have. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were very disappointed and will not be looking at Holiday Inn locations for our regular girls evening out. Ever again. We do this every other month and have been for over a year and have Never not been accommodated at any other hotel chain anywhere. We are all young seniors (in our 60’s) are not partyers and are not loud or unruly. We clean up after ourselves as well. You have REALLY ruined our weekend this trip by not allowing us the play our canasta game for a few hours this past Friday night.

The property was in a great location close to restaurants and supermarkets. The lobby was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and clean which is my non-negotiable when stay in any hotel! Plenty of parking and had the daily breakfast which was included and pretty good for what it is. Overall very good stay and we were there for 4 nights. I’d definitely stay there again!

I had a handicap accessible room given to me, not needed. The shower head was not attached to the adjustment bar at all, it was jammed behind the bar pointing toward the wall...it was a rough morning shower...

The breakfast girl was closing the shutters down when I ask if she had anymore cream for my coffee? Tomorrow morning !!!! She said. And shut the kitchen down walked away. Breakfast maybe sausage? Instead of burritos? They were not being eaten. Biscuits were hard, gravy was good , eggs were all I had but tasted my husband’s.

Room clean. AC worked well. Good sized bathroom.

Fine for one night especially if you need transportation to the airport.

Great location, very clean. Breakfast was okay, freshly cooked buffet but missed meat option.
