All we ask is that you take out your own trash & please please don’t smoke in your room, there’s plenty of smoke from the other rooms across the way, that will make it to your room, for you to enjoy that wonderful secondhand smoke! Enjoy your stay! 10/10 don’t recommend.

Very disgusting, dirty, and poorly maintained

This place was truly filthy. The floor was sticky, and on top of that, I had to walk with my sandals on, because if I walked with my shoes, I would have pitch-black feet. Washed my feet multiple times during a one night stay. Will not be here again

It was very late and we just needed a handful of hours of sleep so we toughrd it out. Maybe we should have left and slept in the terminal. For a start it looked like the door had been busted in at some point. The door frame had been given minimall repairs (but did close ... fully latched is questionable). Toilet seat was not attached (and could not be). No toilet roll holder rod nor shower curtain or rod. Broken, stained, scratched-up furniture and fixtures. Bedding seemed clean but the morning (at our 4am earlier than planned "escape") inspection of the mattress showed stains and tears. Decent hotels/motels around. Worth spending a bit more. We stayed in the Doubletree on our way into Grand Rapids and it was very adequate ... or compared to Red Roof ... fantastic for just a bit more. I am posting some of the photos I took. Only can upload 8. Many more ... use your imagination! Dirty broken light fixtures mismatched flooring, curtain's hanging on by a tread (didn't dare move them). Big bandaid holding the TV remote batteries in ... didn't bother trying to use the TV! Good news is we didn't stay long enough to find any cockroaces or rodents!

Needed remodeling done before room rented. Sink pipes loud noise and leaked. Room phone not connected also no smoke/fire alarm connected in room. Bed too high for an 80 year old lady. I had to roll on to the bed.

Never got the chance to check in. Waited for a desk clerk for 20 minutes while they were on their “bathroom” break. Place stunk and the parking lot was full of junkies and hookers. Biggest waste of $85. Had to find somewhere else to stay. Corporate needs to revoke this franchise.

Nope

If I could give zero stars, I would absolutely atrocious from the outside to the inside the room we were given, had not been cleaned. Clearly somebody had either just left or just was not cleaned after they left. There were soda cans. It smelled like cat pee the outside was crawling with bugs and individuals that I did not feel safe around would highly recommend not booking this location until there are major changes.

There were cops there nonstop and it was very noisy. The tub didnt drain

This place sucks rooms smell horrible no breakfast and it was so noisy
-
The room I got first smelled like cat pee so bad I had to go ask for a new room and the second room had black mold all over it. The smell was horrible. The shower was warm but not hot. I heard a dog barking all night and at 2am someone was blasting their radio and the bass was shaking the windows. It was out there for about 15 minutes.. then as soon as I fell back to sleep I heard a woman crying and fighting with a man

The property has NOT been maintained. We saw 2 roaches in the room as we were leaving.
-
Dirty the bed had brown stains on the sheets and the comforter, so bring your sheets and pellows. Also no privacy in the bathroom due to a large hole that was covered up with what looked like paper mache that a 2 year old patched. The hotel residents will beg for stuff every time you come out of your room.

Not worth the money.
-
The room was fine and relatively clean. Bed was comfortable and the TV was great. My issue was the entire outside of this place. Should be power washed. It's absolutely gross.
-
Comfortable stay. Helpful staff.
-
Yikes! Cigarette butt left bedside in a non-smoking room. Broken toilet seat and missing towels. Room smell prohibited continued stay.
-
Large pieces of paint chips falling off the ceiling. No electrical ports to charge your devices. First pillow on bed had water stains on it.

I checked into this place at around 3am after a long day of flying. My last flight was delayed at least 3 hrs. The staff was very accommodating of this late arrival even though I called an gave heads up. Very well cleaned etc. highly recommend.

The pictures posted online for this hotel do not remotely capture the filth within-I was traveling with my daughter and immediately walked out with her without dropping our bags for fear of what was below on the carpet. Worst hotel experience to date & I am 52 years old and reasonably well traveled.
