Basics were okay. Ice machine worked. A/C worked fine. There was a big wad of hair on the shower wall. Low-end place with insanely high rate for a 1-star place, but every hotel was outrageously expensive in this area.

Nice sized refrigerator in room. Could have stayed and touristed in GrandRpids and saved lots by eating at the motel. But. Inhad a plane to catch.

The accommodations were ok for a one night stay to attend a graduation. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and other guests were disruptive and loud throughout the night.

Upstairs travelers starting fighting and swearing at 630 am

Budget stay, clean and comfortable

Nice staff, clean rooms and I love that there's no carpet in the room. I got an accessible room with a shower chair so I was happy! Def would be back. Great value!!!

However I marked my scores down because the walls of this building are absolutely paper thin!! People above me were loud and running across the floor all night, loud sex lol, I could hear shouting in the parking lot, could definitely hear people in the rooms next to me. Far far from a good night of sleep unfortunately.
