Courtyard by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport

Was not very clean, bar was very s and hardly open, there was nothing available in the mini store as I forgot a toothbrush and wasn’t able to buy one + front desk didn’t have any available.

They had an active remodel occurring with no warming prior and you don’t know until after you check in and round the corner to the elevators. Drywall dust is literally everywhere (even the hangars in the closet) had hot water in shower but not in the sink so had to wing shaving in the shower, TV would not change channels and staff failed to fix that simple issue after 3 requests over 2 days. Staff was nice. I’m sure after they get the work done and issues ironed out it will be a decent property but had I known about construction I would of stayed somewhere else

They are under renovation so cleanliness of halls and elevator hard to rate. Room was clean. Coffee area had a full trash can with gnats. I liked the 12 check out.

Staff was not helpful with issues we had without AC

This location should not be open. Under construction, dust everywhere, crews tearing up carpet and flooring in the hallways yelling all day long. First room toilet was not working, changed rooms and found stains on walls, bathroom lights out, shower head sprayed everywhere soaking the floor. This property felt like a run down motel. We were booked for 2 nights and left early not even staying the second night. We chose the 3 hour drive home instead. I will be contacting Marriot directly about this location. Would never recommend.

Ac wouldn’t get lower than 74 degrees. Staff didn’t seem to want to be there.

Property was being remodeled but no mention of that during the reservation process. Was definitely not up to the standards I expect of a Marriott hotel.

Neither the refrigerator nor the TV were functioning. Ice machines on every level were broke or missing. Extremely disappointed in the stay as a Marriott Bonvoy member.

The hotel is currently under construction, but the renovation appeared to lack organization or a clear plan. The building also had a musty odor, and there were visible signs of water damage in several areas, including stains and damage on various sections of the ceiling. The outdoor furniture, including the patio seating, was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The cushions were stained, dirty, and covered with mold, making the outdoor area uninviting and unusable.

It's is under construction so its dusty and lot of amenities are not in working condition.

room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location.

Phone didn’t work, toilet was leaking, A/C was not operational. This was after overbooking the hotel and having to wait from midnight to 2am in the lobby/parking lot to give us a room we had already paid for.

They were awesome, they were accommodating and she literally went to check herself to see if the rooms were ready and met the guests expectations. That is going above and beyond the line of duty!

My stay was enjoyable wound visit again

Location Room was a mess Dust everywhere Stains all over the place Dust in room floors terribly dirty Bathroom floor was caked in dust Toilet did not work . We asked for a different room ,which was the same or even worse , tried to cancel the reservation but wasn’t able to Worst hotel experience

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is good enough. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The hotels there divorce were ridiculously expensive. We looked at all of the airport hotels, and this one seemed to be the best value.

It’s a little for the price I paid and the service that I got.

Out of a lot of things in the Cafe, however we were there at like 830 pm on a friday night.
