Courtyard by Marriott Grand Rapids Airport

room was dirty, lightbulb in the bathroom didn't work, the caulk around the toilet was missing. the shower had wall paper peeling off. no holders for shampoo or anything overall experience was a 2/10 and I won't be going back and staying at that location.

Phone didn’t work, toilet was leaking, A/C was not operational. This was after overbooking the hotel and having to wait from midnight to 2am in the lobby/parking lot to give us a room we had already paid for.

They were awesome, they were accommodating and she literally went to check herself to see if the rooms were ready and met the guests expectations. That is going above and beyond the line of duty!

My stay was enjoyable wound visit again

Dust everywhere Stains all over the place Dust in room floors terribly dirty Bathroom floor was caked in dust Toilet did not work . We asked for a different room ,which was the same or even worse , tried to cancel the reservation but wasn’t able to Worst hotel experience

The best thing I can say about this hotel is that it is good enough. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. The hotels there divorce were ridiculously expensive. We looked at all of the airport hotels, and this one seemed to be the best value.

It’s a little for the price I paid and the service that I got.

Out of a lot of things in the Cafe, however we were there at like 830 pm on a friday night.

Great location They had no ice machine. For the price of the room and how nice the hotel was you would think you could get ice. The room was either too hot or cold. No temperature control. The toilet wouldn't stop running until I poured water in the tank.

Clean and comfortable bed, convenient restaurant

Very clean even with the renovations that were happening. The staff was extremely accommodating of our team, we’d definitely stay here again!

Location and we’ve stayed here several times in the past Under renovation, floor trim was pulled up in hallways, wires exposed in places, phones in room, but not plugged in and no plug in available when tried to connect. Water was very cloudy and we didn’t feel safe drinking.

Very convenient!! Starbucks inside was great! Under renovation -no microwaves in room!

It was close to some big box stores, which made it easy to pickup snacks/beverages for the hotel. I was double charged for this stay. I was charged by booking.com and then again my Marriott.

We weren’t told the hotel was under construction. The floors were dirty, it was noisy, the sink didn’t drain, and staff said it would “eventually.” At 2:00 a.m., someone pounded on our door—my wife was horrified. We even woke up in the morning with no water and no warning.
