Staff was freindly and helpful The airport shuttle was prompt and timely,

The bed sheets had a nasty stain Clean sheets, more towels, hallway was noisy

Air conditioner went out at 11 pm. Called front desk and they had maintenance reset it. By 2 a.m. it still wasnt working. Called front desk again and they had usnswitch rooms.

The staff was courteous from beginning to the end of our visit.

Room was clean, bed was comfy.

Kitchenette had no table and chairs; no place to eat. Door latch was broken; a security issue. No hair dryer.

I liked how clean it was and that it looked nice The bed was super uncomfortable. The kitchen sink didn't work. The TV has bad quality.

Location near airport. I reserved a room with a roll in shower for my disabled spouse. When I arrived, I was told that the accessible room was given to someone else. Coffee maker malfunctioned.

The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and comfortable beds, which made for a relaxing stay. Overall, the hotel offered great value, excellent service, and a pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Grand Rapids area.

The hotel overbooked occupancy, and told my family upon check in that they didn't have our reserved room, and good luck finding a room. the front desk attendant was a real jerk.

Great room with kitchen, great location next to Meijer store, exceedingly friendly check in and check out staff, plenty of parking. This will now be my first choice of Grand Rapids hotels!
