Reviews
-
That it was free laundry. The convenience of the Laundry Room.

The front desk staff were friendly, even with a very late check in. The location was adequate within a cluster of other long-stay hotels. The room was very musty and the floor was greasy. We opened the door to the room and essentially slid across the tile floor. The a/c was barely working. The rest of the hotel was clean enough although it didn’t smell very good.

Upgrades needed
-
The staff is wonderful! They greet you like you're family here!
-
The kitchen was nice. Also had everything you needed to cook. Dishes was in stock. Add breakfast bar and kitchen staff.
-
The lobby was updated The rooms had very hard beds and smelled like mold. Went to open window and there was no screen
-
Worst of all was the wolf spider that chased me from the bathroom! I now have PTS from that experience since I have an extreme fear of spiders! Never again.

We booked our room 5–6 months in advance and ended up paying nearly $600 for three nights. It felt like the rates were significantly increased because there was a cheer competition in town. While I understand that prices can fluctuate based on demand, the amenities and service we received did not justify the cost. Before our stay, we called customer service and were told that breakfast would be provided. Unfortunately, that was not true. We also arrived to find that the pool was completely drained and unavailable. During our stay, we asked for a broom to clean up a spill and were told there wasn't one available. We also did not receive any housekeeping service during our three-night stay. When we asked about it, we were informed that the hotel is considered an extended-stay property, so housekeeping is only provided once a week. We were also told there is no breakfast service. If we needed fresh towels or sheets, we had to take the elevator from the 11th floor down to the lobby to exchange them ourselves. Had we known this was an extended-stay hotel with limited amenities and services, we would have made a different decision. None of these limitations were made clear when we booked. As regular hotel guests paying premium rates, we expected standard hotel services, especially given the high price. Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I would not choose this hotel again.

Very good

The room we stayed in was not clean. We got dirty feet from walking around in the room barefoot. The recliner handle had obviously been chewed up by an animal and hadn't been replaced, so when you grabbed it it was rough and scratched you. The towel bar in the bathroom kept falling off on one side and the only outlet in the bathroom did not work, although they did fix that once I mentioned it to them. I wanted to speak to the manager and left my number but did not hear back.

AC didn’t cool the room any lower than 78. No hot water the next morning. Was woken by barking dogs in the hallway at 5:30am. Bed was hard as a rock
-
Lobby looked nice, the room was well worn. Neighbors appeared to be long-term residents. Very noisy, family coming and going. Pounding on room doors and yelling to be let in. I wouldn't recommend for peaceful business or family travel.
-
I wouldn't recommend this place for business travelers, and I wouldn't come back here with my family again.

This is an average hotel. I got an early flight so I did not have a proper breakfast. I simply was not able to deal with the AC - I should have put on manual - because the automatic set was turning on and off with a lot of noise. I simply did not realize this. It would be nice if the hotel could put a grab and go - something to eat. at 4:00 AM, there were no options. Our room was on ground floor - and there is a LOT of noise of people coming and going throughtout the night. It is an extended type of hotel so be prepared to hear people talking loud, voices and doors shutting loudly even after midnight: not a good experience. I will probably skip this hotel on my future bookings.

The suite was well equipped and would work for a long term stay. The room was large, comfortable and clean. all good
-
We had a comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, which made it convenient for longer stays. The staff were polite and check-in was smooth. The location near the airport was also very convenient Clean rooms and basic amenities, though service and facilities could be improved.
