I asked for a turndown service and did not receive. I paid for extended checkout and got back to my room and the door was locked and key did not work. If the woman at the front desk wasn't so competent compared to the other staff, I wouldve left a 1 star review.

You can tell what corners are being cut.

The continental breakfast ended at nine. The state we are from is an hour behind so it was only 8 o’clock our time so we didn’t get to take advantage of that. Secondly and more important have hotel chains forgotten about first impressions? The outside of the hotel sets the tone for what to expect inside. I truly believe nobody cares about the knickknacks, bed skirts, pictures or five lights in each room just keep things simple and streamlined! Therefore things are easier to keep up. And less expensive! Your staff will thank you when things are easier and quicker to clean.

Even the building is old, it is well maitained and clean, one of the best smelling lobby and hallway I've been to. Hotel is quiet not sure if it is becauae of good insularion or because we are at the end of the hallway. Continental breakfast is sufficient, love the biscuit and gravy and waffle maker.

I’ll come back

Not all the light fixtures were operational and it would be nice to have acess to an electrical outlet to charge ones phone on either side of the bed. We also had a bug problem in the room.
-
The contact information we were given for the hotel shuttle was not correct, nor was the hotel website, and we were not able to contact front desk to arrange for shuttle pick up from the airport. We had to hire a taxi out of pocket. The room was minimalist (absolutely no kitchen items in the suite). The Wifi sign in information provided in the room did not work and when questioned, the morning staff was not friendly, saying the information in the room (instructing us to enter a password) was not current and needed to be updated. Apparently you can only receive free wifi I you are a Wyndham member. We cancelled our return trip.

The staff is excellent, specially the front desk lady, and also the chef. There are very nice people.

This hotel is a long term stay hotel for workers. It was very lived in, VERY loud, and not very clean. Do not recommend.

The property was very run down. Our room was infested with so many different spiders and bugs. The furniture was dirty and stained and we were not comfortable sitting on it or using them. We were in our room for a total of 7 hrs. Could not sleep at all because of spiders crawling around. We left first thing in the morning to go stay at a different hotel. We were in town for my father’s surgery. This just added to the stress of our time there. The pictures that are posted are definitely not what it actually is. My son wanted to use the pool, when we went, there were 3 other families there which left no place to sit. There were only 3 tables and 6 or 7 chairs total. That as well needs a good cleaning. Very disappointed and will never go back there or recommend to anyone.

Everything was awesome. Had a issue and it was taken care of immediately. Staff was very helpful and courteous

There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom from time to time, like plumbing or something. The outside doors were being propped open with carpet, late night when I arrive and nobody was around. I informed the lady upon check out at the front desk and she was very rude. I will never return there.

We had to leave early but for the amount of time we were there, nice & quiet and very clean.
-
The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The desk was comfortable to sit in and the TV worked well. The shower was not easy to use and restroom floor easily became wet. The elevator was not very clean during one of my days at the hotel. Breakfast options were limited, but I appreciated the herbal teas available.

It was a good place to stay for a night. We didn’t have time for breakfast but when we stayed their previously, it was good.
