I arrived just before midnight from the airport. I phoned to enquire about the shuttle earlier in the day and was told to call from the airport after collecting my bags…. however the receptionist didn’t answer the phone so I had to make my own way there?! The room was on the ground floor (solo female traveller) there was a man screaming and acting in a psychotic way and looking in my bedroom window. There was extremely loud music and no sound proofing. The bed had bed bugs. It was barely a two star motel - I picked up my bags and walked out.

Nice clean hotel. Very convenient, close to many stores and restaurants around. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean and updated.

The bathtub was not cleaned properly and the plug and knob were broke. Did notify staff in morning and she put in a request to get fixed.

Breakfast could've been better. They really only had carbs and sugars. Barely any protein. Room was good and large. AC system worked great.

So I want to start off saying the staff was amazing from beginning to end the pool was great my daughter and I had a blast now the down side people hanging out in the parking lot in the cars for hours the police was walking the hall way looking for someone when we first drive around to park and got out to go in someone put a brick in the door to leave it open super crazy unsafe the tub would not drain the heat smelled like slow death and the breakfast was not the best so over all I have to say 5/10 for us

Don’t let exterior fool you! Spotless. Updated inside. Amazing beds and pillows. Quiet. Will stay again.

It was ok, no bed bugs so that’s a bonus. Staff was helpful. Room had an odor at first. It was clean though. For the price it was good.

The room was good. Breakfast was adequate, the pool was freezing, but I still went in. Overall a 5-star for the price.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. A lot of options for breakfast. The pool was clean. My only issue is we could hear traffic from the expressway even later at night.

I asked for a turndown service and did not receive. I paid for extended checkout and got back to my room and the door was locked and key did not work. If the woman at the front desk wasn't so competent compared to the other staff, I wouldve left a 1 star review.
