The room had a terrible cigarette and mildew smell. The shower was covered in mold, the chairs in the pool area were all broken and unusable. The pool was absolutely gross, the side walls were covered in a brown substance.

The location is fairly convenient from the GRR. The room was clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and open to help even when I checked in at 1am.

We really appreciated the helpful, patient staff in every dept. Breakfast was fantastic!!! We came back for a second night on our trip because we already knew it was excellent. I don't usually give the highest rating but this hotel really deserves it.

Renovated hotel, but clean. Excellent clean indoor pool. Asked for toilet paper and another towel that I would come down to the front desk to pick up and Tressa brought a whole set of towels up to my room. Good hot breakfast. A/C was excellent. Staff was excellent.

Room was big, comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Lots of families enjoying the pool Our shower would flood the bathroom a little cause the lip wasn't tall enough to keep in the water. Other than that it was great.

Only thing I can was a little upset about washer and dryer were down it would of been nice to wash and dry bathing suit and towels before leaving

Helpful staff, clean room. The only thing that needs improvement would be there was a hole in the shower wall and the television was super fuzzy and had limited channels. Overall, good stay. No issues with noise from other people staying at hotel.
