Hot tub was pretty nice

Didn't like having to give credit card for anything purchased Didn't state on website that is done also breakfast should be included not extra also was deceived about room wasn't the picture shown

Breakfast was great. Hot tub and pool were great.

The pool area is nice and fun. Good gathering spaces. The rooms were disgusting!! I had to clean the entire room myself! The young women working in the restaurant/coffee area was incredibly RUDE! Our orders were always wrong and it took 30-40min to get our food! The wind was bad by the pool area while we sat out there and umbrella came out of the table and it hit me, the staff that was out there knew about the incident and didn’t care at all. They didn’t even apologize or say anything.

Things got off to a bit of a rocky start. There were no rooms ready when we tried to check in despite it being 6:30. However the people working the front desk worked hard to accommodate our family. They were able to get us keys to the pool so my kids could swimming while we waited. Once a room was available we were offered a variety of things for compensation due to the inconvenience which we appreciated even though we had not asked for them. The room was nice and overall the hotel was clean and updated.

My favorite place to stay in Grand Rapids, the staff is always helpful and super nice. Rooms are beautiful and lobby is beautiful, always have a great experience.

Clean, indoor and outdoor pool, quiet, spacious. Staff seemed a little judgy, not really friendly. Took forever to get bathroom towels.

Stayed in a double room on the fourth floor. Room was clean and well kept. The only real issue was the size of the bathroom, it was a bit small but still functional. The staff were friendly and attendant. 10/10 I would recommend staying here to anyone. I would like to see a shuttle to the downtown area as parking in Grand Rapids was challenging.

The room is clean and staff are very pleasant. Unfortunately, the pillows this stay were terrible and I had to ask for 2 more which were exactly the same as the pillows in the room.

The breakfast at the restaurant the following morning was the best restaurant hotel food we have ever had the fitness center rocks. The pool was amazing. The staff we met no one that was not pleasant and nice and wonderful. I only gave anything negative because it wasn’t absolutely what I thought the Sheraton should be. Fresh when we got into the room the shower drain wasn’t put all the way back together after cleaning it and the air conditioner was horribly loud so I got not great sleep.

Room was clean but we stayed there before and we’re not told that the tiki bar was closed for construction and the restaurant has a very limited menu. A recommendation for the property is to put better signage around the property on how to get to other areas of the hallways. Very confusing finding rooms.

Toilet leaked onto floor of you didn’t shake handle .

The staff is amazing. The hotel is older and shows its age. There was damage to the walls, baseboards I. The room and the shower sprayer missing.

We enjoyed our stay and will be back anytime there is a tournament
