Great rooms and clean , my kids loved the pool and Starbucks

Nice room, great amenities and lobby restaurant. Restaurant staff was exceptional!

This was our first time ever staying at this hotel and it was wonderful and awesome experience and the decor is beautiful. We will recommend this hotel 10 out of 10.

The hotel is very large. The indoor/outdoor pool area was very nice. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

convient location, indoor/outdoor pool was nice, our bathroom was in the middle of some minor damage/renovations. Front desk staff were friendly. Restaurant seemed understaffed was unable to get breakfast went off site.

They put a $xxx they wont let me tell you the amount, hold on my card, then at check out charged another xxx, so that xxx came out of my bank account and put me in negative balance. ihad to have my mom venmo me money for gas home. I will pay $xx a day, they wont let me tell you the amount, for this over draft....said they could do nothing about it. dont use sheraton or marriott, they steal your money.

Hotel was good. Easy check in, nice room and we liked the tiki bar. We only stayed one night.

The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. The location was convenient for access to the airport and the area had everything you could need for a couple of days. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. No microwave!!! The thermostat didn't work correctly. It was set to 72 and at one point our room was 63.

Hot tub was pretty nice

The pool area is nice and fun. Good gathering spaces. The rooms were disgusting!! I had to clean the entire room myself! The young women working in the restaurant/coffee area was incredibly RUDE! Our orders were always wrong and it took 30-40min to get our food! The wind was bad by the pool area while we sat out there and umbrella came out of the table and it hit me, the staff that was out there knew about the incident and didn’t care at all. They didn’t even apologize or say anything.

Things got off to a bit of a rocky start. There were no rooms ready when we tried to check in despite it being 6:30. However the people working the front desk worked hard to accommodate our family. They were able to get us keys to the pool so my kids could swimming while we waited. Once a room was available we were offered a variety of things for compensation due to the inconvenience which we appreciated even though we had not asked for them. The room was nice and overall the hotel was clean and updated.
