Econo Lodge & Suites Grand Rapids Airport

Excellent comfortable bed,good thing! unfortunately the toilet was noisy and its handle fell off which luckily we were able to fix.

TV didn’t work and the room had a funky smell, but luckily we were just staying to get a little sleep before our early morning flight. The person who checked us in was very nice.

Rooms are okay, smell wasn’t that good inside, bathroom doesn’t have vents to escape the humidity after bath. Food and breakfast are limited. Had to switch rooms for a better one.

Close to the airport. Wifi not working - was told it would be fixed in a few days. Overwhelming smell in the rooms and hallways - had to open the window for several hours to clear it. Hallway carpets had dried mud on them, Bathtub glaze was peeling. Hairdryer had a wall mount bracket to hold it, but the entire thing was just laid on the counter. Only one bar of soap at the sink outside the bathroom. Strange room layout. When I tried to open a dresser drawer, the handle fell off. Advertises an airport shuttle, but charges $20 for the 8-minute ride to the airport. Overall dingy, outdated and not worth the price charged.

Breakfast was included in the package. Unfortunately there was barely anything to choose from, coffee pot had been emptied and no staff was around to replenish anything. Very disappointed.

No wifi and I found rat droppings under the bed.

The suite was very nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. I deducted one star because of the poor wifi reception in the room and the disgusting breakfast.

I'm not sure they even cleaned the room before I checked in. The sheets had spots on them so they didn't look washed, the bathtub had the top layer peeling off under my feet and it was sticky to stand on. The front desk staff was terrible. I waited at the desk for 5 minutes to check in and called twice with no answer until I walked in the breakfast area to ask the girl I heard talking on the phone if she worked there. Of course she did but she took her sweet time getting over to me. The guy at the desk the next day seemed nice though. I guess you get what you pay for but next time I'm in Grand Rapids I will be paying extra for a better hotel.

Alright place

The room was clean but definitely had a lot of wear and tear visible. Peeling paint IN the bathtub, something foreign on the walls in the shower. Worked for a quick overnight stay to get to the airport super early but wouldn't want to stay longer.

Nicer workers, tried to be helpful 1. No WiFi in the rooms or the hall 2. Bathtub required repainting 3. Air conditioner too noisy

The room was nice. We did not have any breakfast because we had to take the shuttle to the airport at 5:15am. They had parking available for while we were on our trip and shuttle back to hotel after the trip.

Yes no wifi and was charged even though I didn't stay the day I was charged

Got there the double beds had like there own rooms. Staff was great TV issues and came right up and fixed it. Very clean clean smell very excellent stay stayed for 4 days.

Disappointing

Location was great. Check in was good. Room was fine for the few hours we were there! Bed was very comfortable. The bath didn't drain so I had to stand in water as I showered. Not a deal breaker but not to my liking. Shower curtain was a bit old and appeared dirty.

Exceptional

A great value for the price, the property isn’t in as good condition as three years ago when I stayed here, but it is still a good decent, clean property and a great value for the price
