A great value for the price, the property isn’t in as good condition as three years ago when I stayed here, but it is still a good decent, clean property and a great value for the price

Said there was continental breakfast. There was none provided.

Also the toilet did not flush, I had to go to star bucks to use the toilet. Staff did apologise but what good does it do after the fact!!!

The room was large. It was actually a living room and a bedroom. It was within walking distance of several restaurants.

good location

More than half of the things in this room did not work, including the microwave, the safe, the hairdryer, the lights, one of the TVs, the refrigerator and the freezer... and the freezer was defrosted all over the floor literally there was standing water. The place was filthy. There were stains on the walls, the bathroom, the Kleenex holder was rusty. There was old food crusted under the refrigerator. Then they would not answer the phone at the desk and literally nobody was at the desk the night we checked in or the morning we checked out there was literally a box that stated put your keys here and later we heard three other rooms had the same problems. Horrible stay. Not understanding the 8.2 rating

After 3 days I hadn't gotten any fresh towels and only had my wastebaskets emptied once so I complained to front desk. I was told they were short-staffed and also had new employees who were getting used to the routines. Rest of my stay the cleaning was daily, much better. Also. a couple mornings very early there was a guy, who I assumed was the front desk person, sound asleep on couch in lobby in front of the tv.....it was a different guy each time. I've stayed here a few times before with no complaints. This time was a bit "rocky" but things worked out.

Staff was great, but i feel each room could use a deep cleaning. At least the walls and floor who has a lot of dust. They charged me twice and they said I should recieve the money on 24 hours, i hope they are correct.

No WiFi and I needed to do work. Was a big issue!
-
Not worth the $200 we paid. Maybe more like $50.
-
Three different stays and still no working wi-fi. I expect wi-fi for the price I pay.
-
Absolutely discusting and dirty. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely nice and gave me a full refund.
-
An alright place to stay. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate but lacks variety.
-
The room was clean and much larger than I expected. The crowd at the biker bar next door was a little off putting.
-
Easy parking and clean room. Easy check in and out.
-
front desk staff was awesome

I love how my room was like a little apartment, spacious and clean. Having a small ‘kitchen’ counter with a stainless steel sink and tall faucet outside the bathroom was critical for this traveller. Most bathroom sink faucets are low and short… tightly built with no room to barely wash hands let alone a travel mug. The tall faucet in the extra sink outside the bathroom was a lovely touch, whoever designed these rooms should be rewarded. Will definitely return and become a regular at this lovely place.

There were wifi challenges

A cheap room close to the airport

This place is very old and not upgraded. Basically clean but I wouldn't sit on sofa.
