Great place to stay in Grand Rapids. Near the airport. Breakfast included. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was extremely small for us. We thought the TV was on the wrong wall. The bathroom door didn't clear the carpet and I don't think the door would open all the way. The bed would get in its way.

I have emailed the on‑site manager several times and have not received a single response. When I was physically at the hotel, I was able to get one incorrect charge corrected, but a separate charge from April 29th remains unresolved. As of today, it has been 11 weeks. When I attempted to address the issue in person, the manager gestured toward a stack of emails and stated she had multiple issues to deal with. She also blamed Expedia for the problem and suggested I should book directly with the hotel. Regardless of the booking channel, I expect accurate billing and timely resolution of errors. I have stayed at this hotel because I have been happy with the accommodations, but given my loyalty and the straightforward nature of the billing issue, I expected it to be handled efficiently. Instead, I feel that if I were not continually following up, the matter would simply be ignored.

This was a very nice, newer hotel with a small kitchen with sink, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was easy to find and only about 10 minutes from the airport. There was some road noise but not an excessive amount as there are 2 other hotels between this one and the highway. Breakfast was better than in most US hotels with sausage and 3 kinds of eggs on top of the typical cereal and yogurt. We would recommend staying at this hotel.

There were no meat for breakfast, no muffins. The eggs and were luke warm.

The hotel has terribly rude staff who overbooked guests and offered no apology.

The breakfast was lacking. They hardly had anything. I ate at 7 am, breakfast started at 6 am.

At the entrance there should be a ramp instead of a high curb to roll the luggage rack

The heater ran continuously

I was charged twice. I prepaid thru Expedia got there and was told it was just a hold so I gave them my credit card they charged me again told me that one of the charges would fall off but it did not.
