Great shower & beds! Hotel could use some updating and breakfast was okay. Great places for walking our dog. Nice fire pit being used!

Queen bed was a twin or double way to small. Possibly the worst breakfast ever you shouldn't even offer it.

This spot was incredible. The location was awesome. The Meijer was within walking distance and they had anything we needed like food etc. The rooms were spacious and clean. We stayed right by the elevators, we did here people out and about(that just happens at hotels) but the quiet hour sign right by our room helped! We slept fine. We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It was huge! The shower was a little noisy but thats nothing compared to other hotels. It was still an excellent stay.

I’d definitely stay here again. We had a large mini fridge with freezer, stove top, flatware, plates and pots/pans. The shuttle service was convenient and the drivers were friendly. It had the best free breakfast bar I’ve ever had at a hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious and included a dining table. They also had nice amenities to include a gym and were within walking distance of chik fil a and a large grocery store.

Most uncomfortable hotel ever. Said it was a queen bed, it was a double in a suite? Makes no sense. Never again

Booked room hours away showed up they gave my room to sumbody else ruined our whole family trip

Great place to stay in Grand Rapids. Near the airport. Breakfast included. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.
