Check in was flawless

Good hotel they really need to put the air conditioning on in the common areas

Bed was clean & comfy! Staff is amazing! I would totally book here again :)

Room smelled bad , Maybe the carpet not sure what it was . Make sure to put Do not disturb sign out. House keeping came banging on The door at 8am .

Came to Grand Rapids for a quick overnight to attend a birthday party. The hotel was exactly as advertised and gave us a wonderful rest.

Convenient to Calvin University. I was helping my daughter move out for the summer break. The room and bathroom were awful. The window was slightly off from its frame and didn’t close properly. The beds were equivalent to sleeping on a trampoline. The bathroom (I was put in a handicapped shower) shower needed to be completely replaced. The caulk was gone in one corner making it look like mold was growing everywhere. Simply using the shower I had water all over the bathroom. The curtain did nothing to keep the water in. Also grout between the tile floor was coming up and hurt my feet as I stepped on it.
