A very convenient place for us arriving late at Grand Rapids airport. Note that breakfast apparently was not included with our booking through Expedia but is often included with other forms of booking.

The staff is extremely unhelpful. Kaylen at the front desk lacks all sense of customer service and problem solving skills. The manager Brett Busha is unwilling to take calls to resolve billing issues. Skip this property completely, there are better, friendlier, cleaner options right next door.

I stayed here for a wedding and ate the salmon dinner and got food poisoning and ended up missing the wedding thanks to your horrible unclean food! Make sure your food is not served rotten

Very friendly staff at check in. Room was clean and had nice bed. Housekeeping came every day. There was nothing wrong with the room worth writing about.
