WoodSpring Suites Grand Rapids Kentwood

Very good

very good spot to stay at

It was so comfortable, clean and staff was so cooperative. However, there was no resturant on site for breakfast but that was fine with me. I would definitely stay agin in this hotel All fine just a snak bar at least be there for coffee etc

Exceptional

Won’t stay here again

There are bed bugs in room 312

Walls are very thin and can hear every conversation in other rooms.

Good

The hotel was exactly as described. We brought our dog with no issues at all. Pet friendly great location. I would stay there again without question.

Good

Superb

Very good

Close to everything and very very clean

Staff was super nice and helpful! Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not a normal hotel, it’s an extended stay hotel so just doesn’t have your typical accommodations a hotel does.

Next, the whole place, interior and exterior smells like "pot." Awful!!!!! I came out of the shower on the first night and the entire room smelled like a grow house. Most likely being sucked in through the AC from the smokers in the parking lot.

room was clean staff attitude and not giving a straight answer when i asked about early check in by phone twice, resulting in me showing up to check in early and being told that i could check in at check in time, sad pillows, no coffee or cups in room

The front desk lady is very rude. We booked online and paid for a room. When my husband arrived, she told him that we had to pay that we had only reserved. She said that she was going to remove all of his items from his room and throw it out, even though he had a receipt stating that he had paid for the room we had to then pay for the room that we had already paid for again and she said we had to deal with a manager who wasn’t going to be in for several days. Housekeeping is not included in the price that you pay for your rooms nor is clean towels. Vending machines do not work. There is no ice machines. There is no coffee. There are no coffee pots in any of the rooms. This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We are still fighting to get our money back for the five nights that we paid for that they made us pay twice. I highly recommend that you do not stay here. I will say the kitchen is nice, especially for someone who is traveling. That is the only positive comment I have about this place. Otherwise sadly, this has been the rudest nastiest place I have ever stayed in my entire life.!

The stay was like the sign in parking lot. “User accepts all risk”

El servicio no es aceptable
