Our room smelt like cigarettes at night. Our door barely opened. The card sensory on the door was bad. Front desk people told us to keep trying until it works. Overall was nice located but need improvement
-
drag racing near the main street. Restaurant on site is closed. But, Viktor at the front desk is a wonderful host!!! Good for one night.

N/a they were under construction

Place is very nice. They are doing upgrades since they are now listed with a different Chain. Once kitchen and bar are opened up and running it will be a reality nice place to stay. The staff was fantastic

Room had mold in the ceiling. My friends room did not. I talked to the front desk about switching rooms and he said he would send the head house keeper up because they were fully booked. Someone came up three hours later. They dusted the mold spot said it wasn’t working then left… I did ask to talk to the manager about a discount or to let me know when another room was available the man at the desk took my info and said he would call when he was in. When leaving two days later, I ask a different attendant about a manager calling and he said there was no record in the system of anything. He then took down my information. I never received a call or follow up. There were several massive stains on the floor and the wall, nothing looked wiped down. My biggest concern was the mold though.

It’s an older hotel, but tastefully done. Could use some renovations here and there, but the beds were comfy, and that was most important. The chair at the desk was covered in a pleather that was peeled off here and there. The sliding closet door was off the track, but we fixed it. It was clean which is very important. Only two tiny bars of soap for four of us, but we managed.

There was no breakfast available the whole visit due to "a remodel", yet no remodel was occuring just a roped off dining area. The pool was not the cleanest, with the waterslide taken down, and that section roped off. The room bathrooms are over due for remodel, with

The staff were extremely helpful. The property will be remodeled soon so that is why it was not well maintained. I don't recommend getting a poolside room because it opens to a huge area with tables. People are loud there until late at night well after the pool closes at 10 pm.

At first glance looked okay. Peeling wallpaper, painted doors that are dirty and need a good refresh of paint, drapes torn and hanging, large patches of drywall in the shower ceiling that looked Like they could fall down, We arrived late and hotel sign was not lit up so almost past the property. Beds were comfortable but other conditions were . Unacceptable this room should not be given out to a customer

The pool was conveniently located, the slide was missing it was located near lot of shopping and food. Coffee gone too soon in am with no refills.

First, ordered a poolside room, got put on the 5th floor, bummed out 7 year old. What does the staff member say to me (with her AirPods in?) “oh sorry I can just cancel your reservation if you want”… at 7pm on a Saturday? Thanks for being SO helpful. Pool was generally under construction and/or broken. The hot tub had 1 working jet. Pool had dead bugs in it, looks like it was a bit since they last skimmed it. Bar area/food area was also completely out of commission. So I guess breakfast at the hotel is just coffee. Not everything was terrible. The room was clean, the AC worked and the water pressure was fantastic. Just every amenity outside of the room itself was beyond bad. Ugh. I won’t be staying here again, and for your choices in Grand Rapids, I wouldn’t have anyone else stay here either

Location was great and room was bigger than expected. We stayed for 3 nights and though we left the Maid service requested sign out they never cleaned our room. That was disappointing

The stay was overall pleasant. However, the elevator by our room was out of service, the ice maker was was not working and the jets on the hot tub were also not working.
-
Check in with super easy staff was super helpful. The rooms need a little updating, but we’re clean. The price and location were both great. I was in town for a music festival.
-
Room very clean. Staff very kind and helpful.

Don’t double up rooms
