I would stay again for sure!

Room was clean, staff was friendly, lots of things around in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay.
-
Room was clean, staff was helpful, never needed the kitchen and parking was convenient.

Advertisement said full breakfast, there was only coffee. Called and they said they had a jacuzzi, but after getting there it was out of service for the next 2 days. Outside door entrances did not lock, people coming in off the streets all hours of the night.

At check-in, the staff member (who was dressed in casual street clothes rather than a hotel uniform) was very friendly and helpful. That’s also when I learned that the beautiful lobby and bar shown in the photos were under construction and unavailable to guests. When I got to my room, my first impression was that it felt very dark. I knew the hotel was undergoing renovations, but the hallways and some of the doors leading to my room were dingy and dirty, which didn’t make for a great first impression. The bed and bathroom appeared clean, but once I looked more closely, things went downhill. I opened the curtains only to find my window faced a hallway to the pool with no view and no sunlight. Then I pulled out the desk chair and found it was extremely worn—and worse, it had what appeared to be blood stains on the seat. Everyone thought I was crazy for trying to stay even one night after seeing the condition of the hotel, but I genuinely wanted to give it a chance. By the time I woke up the next morning, I knew I couldn’t stay another night. I packed my things, left without even checking out, and immediately booked another hotel. I understand renovations can be disruptive, but cleanliness and the condition of the furnishings shouldn’t be compromised. How did this chair even make it past the cleaning staff?

Property needs help.

The hotel staff was great, but the room was extremely run down. Alot of stains on the carpet.

Viktor (front desk) was fabulous. He epitomizes hospitality. The room was better than I’ve stayed in for a while. Money for lodging was well worth the stay.
-
Front desk staff was very unwelcoming. The room he gave us had a problem with the lock: door lock was jammed and after we finally opened it, it wouldn’t close from the inside. The room had a very unpleasant smell to it and didn’t look fresh. We requested another room that cause lots of frustration from the front desk staff. The second room was perfectly fine and no issues to report. Would never stay there again

Staff and check in process were great. The beds were decent but the room was not even close to helping with outside sounds. Clearly heard cars outside our window and other doors shutting all night. The breakfast was not included and was under construction.

Ronald was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nice room
-
It looked like they cleaned and got distracted before they finished. Price was right...would stay again.

We always stay here when we fly out of gr. They shuttle and you can park your car there. The place could use a little remodeling. Hopefully with new owners it will get some tlc

Mid: The rooms were nice and decently updated with some modern features. The bathroom was completely remodeled and very nice, but then there was the office chair in the room that the vinyl was shredding, worn off and completely missing. The mattress, while I love a soft snuggly bed, was extremely soft and a tad lumpy. Just a heads up for those that prefer a slightly firm mattress. It did not bother me. CONS: There is NO breakfast as advertised on all travel sites. I was told at check in that it was not available, but after reading other reviews and time stamps from other sites, it hasn't been available for quite some time. I didn't even see coffee in the lobby. This amenity should be removed from advertising and room rates adjusted. The unique breakfast bar they show was one of the deciding factors in choosing this hotel.

Great hotel and helpful staff. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Kitchen was unfortunately closed for renovation. Parking was perfect, lots of room and easy to find a spot.
