Exceptional

Great staff with good humor and kindness. Dated but clean and fully functional. Happy for a warm place to stay when stranded at the airport and coming/going from the border.

I was on the first floor and it was quiet. I thought the lobby was a bit dated.

The breakfast was okay The room had wall paper coming off the walls and the room key never worked the elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor

There was not anything I did not like at this hotel. I thought for the money this was a great value.

There was someone using the parking lot to do oil changes and had 3 stalls filled with oil leftover. Making for a huge mess.

The property was convenient

It is very convenient for my business. Close to the airport and rhe area around the hotel is close to restaurants and shopping.

The room was very comfortable; the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very satisfying and delicious.

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. The general manager was very friendly made you feel welcome and and valued as a customer

breakfast was fine. I was surprised that there was no pool as the other comfort inns I stayed in had one. the hotel seems to be in need of some updates. the cost was ridiculous. the hotel for what I paid was not in alignment. it would have been ok for less than $175, but $300!!! it was not a $300 hotel.
