Comfort Inn & Suites Market - Airport

Great place to stay, near the airport, clean and quiet.

We had 2 trucks parked in the parking lot and both were broken into. The passenger windows were smashed. We were told by the clerk that we had to file a police report because their parking lot was a public place. Actually, their parking lot is for hotel guests only and it says so on signs there. They would not release any security camera footage to us and would not call the police to report the incident so we would at least have some documentation for our insurance.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was VERY outdated, not clean. On the ceiling of our bathroom it had large spots of black mold. The smell in the room was awful. Kitchenette with no amenities, breakfast was nothing to speak of. Our room did not get clean no garbage taken out and no clean towels. I had to go to front desk to ask for towels at 8:30 at night and she only had 2 bath towels to give me and said she would bring the others up and she never did come. Pillows on the bed were the smallest I have ever seen and flat. Toilet didn’t flush properly. To say the least I will never stay at this property again.

Front desk staff was AMAZING

I stayed for one week and the washing machine was broken the entire time. Having access to laundry for such a long stay was something I considered when choosing the hotel, and in packing, so having to drive to a laundromat and wait there for a few hours was a real bummer. But other than that, not the worse place to stay for a week in Great Falls and certainly cheaper than the alternatives. Very clean facility.

This property is very old and outdated. The outside looks fine, but the inside was very dark,gloomy, and old.

We paid way too much for a basic room (not sure why rates were so high when it was almost empty in June?) to have to walk around the building to front door every night, then have to go back to front desk for re-keying (1st night twice!).

The staff had zero clue about anything. They struggled checking us in. We had asked about staying the next night as well. seemed like we were booked for that when we left the desk. The next morning the house keeper was banging on our door at a little Ayer 8 am. We told her we were supposed to be booked for another night. Then the front desk called shortly after and asked if we would come down to the desk. Apparently we were not fast enough for them as the front desk came to our room. God forbid we could enjoy a little peace or sleep in. Check out is not until 10 or 11 why are we getting rushed out. I am not impressed with my stay at all. I’m not happy about being woke up and the continued harassment by the staff.

No shampoo, toilet flapper valve leaked so I shut off the water when not in use, beds were made sloppy, dead bugs in the windowsill, laundry down for maintenance

The room and location were great, but one front desk interaction left us uneasy. Check-in was uncomfortable. A staff member asked repeated questions about our address that felt more like an interrogation than a standard check-in, and it left us feeling like we had to justify being there. Later that evening, returning from dinner, the same staff member didn’t greet us and seemed to be watching us rather than welcoming us back. It was an unsettling tone for what should have been a routine stay.

Normally comfort inns are reliable. This was one of the worst I’ve experienced. From peeling wall paper to someone’s pubic hair on the toilet seat, and one of the most old uncomfortable beds that cause a lot of back pain, I would not try this hotel again. The check in gal was very nice. The next gal the next day no so much. Best things about this location was it was quiet and had a decent breakfast.

1.2 mile ride check in lady had a atttitude of take it or leave it I do not care what happened before you are seriously wasting My time

Nice hotel. Right off the highway. A couple restaurants and shopping stores are close by.

The rooms very clean, friendly staff but the only thing that we didn't like were the curtains, they let in too much light and it was hard to fall asleep

Negatives: Soap and hair from previous guest was left in the room. A sock from a previous guest was left in the bedroom. Water pressure in the shower was very weak. There was no option on the thermostat to just have a fan on, had to turn the temperature to the lowest setting and freeze in order to have the fan on. Needed the noise from the fan because I was in a room at the end of the hallway on the 1st floor. The door leading to the stairs and outside is used lots. The door does not close quietly and would wake me up at all hours of the night. I was disappointed in the stay.

The room was very hot (high 70’s) and did not cool off the entire night in spite of the air conditioning being set in the 50’s. Very difficult to sleep in that environment.
