It was alright.

Basic room, expectation was what I got

Staff were very nice and helpful!

Airport shuttle was great.

For $200 a night, it was really underwhelming.

Breakfast was very good. Bertie who was in charge did an excellent job. Front desk staff was ok. Has safe ample parking. Highway 15 Access was convenient.

Good Location. Was not impressed by housekeeping & maintenance. They did relocate me to a very nice room.

Less breakfast options and there was none in the reception and I have to wait a long time for the check in.

Staff, rooms, and building in general was friendly, clean and nice. The main elevator was extremely slow and hot! Breakfast in the morning was meh. Decent selection but the sausage patties were cold right out of the tray and we didn't feel safe eating them. Other food was very hit or miss, sealed store-bought yogurt was good.

It was a very nice stay. The dog was happy.

We also chose this hotel because it advertised laundry facilities, but they were out of service. It sounded like the machines have been down for some time, which was disappointing since this was an important amenity for us while traveling. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and unavailable amenities made for a disappointing stay.

Everything was up to par no complaints at all

The front desk was rude, impolite and unprofessional. The hand sanitizer dispenser on the 4th floor as you walked out of the elevator was leaking all over the floor, the bed in my room was half made. There was dirty toilet paper in the toilet and hair in the bathtub drain to the point that the shower wouldn’t drain properly. There was also dirt and hair on the pillow cases as if they remade the bed instead of washing the sheets after the last guests left. I have stayed there many times, but this was definitely the last time. Sorry to see it go down hill so fast.

Rooms are dark. It is older. It was fine for 1 night, I wouldn't want to stay longer than that. No smart TV and took hot water at least 7 minutes to get to the sink and shower.

Everything was good, breakfast was amazing every morning. Staff was super nice. We purchased two rooms, seemed pretty clean, however in one of the rooms, there was someone’s work boots in the closet so it leaves me to question how thorough the cleaning really is. Other than that, everything was pretty good.

I will always stay at this place. It is just always perfect. Thank you.

We entered our room to it being 75 degrees in there (it was over 90 outside). The curtains had been open so we immediately closed them and cranked the A/C. It didn’t cool down. We had used the microwave and it was very warm in that area. After this, it had gone up to 80 degrees inside and the A/C wasn’t cooling. We were in town for a softball tourney and had a portable battery powered fan in the car that we brought in. It helped cool the room a little. We tolerated through the night and woke up sweaty and the room at 85 degrees. We went down to the front desk and were told there was a note on this particular room to give out last due to A/C being broken. Mind you, we booked months in advance and there were people behind me checking in at the front desk after I checked in. And they had failed to mention this at check in. They said there was nothing they could do and wouldn’t be calling anyone in to fix it. The temps were supposed to be 100 degrees plus all weekend. We were able to cancel the next two nights without any fees, but they were unwilling to comp us anything for the one miserable night. We were there less than 12 hours.

We tried to check in at two a were asked to come back at three. No room ready until after check in time of three. Our room wasn’t cleaned. Hair in tub and all over in one of the beds. All. Over. We had no toilet paper and no towels. The bathroom mirror was filthy and the top of the toilet was covered in dust and grime. Super disappointing.

Great place to stay, near the airport, clean and quiet.

We had 2 trucks parked in the parking lot and both were broken into. The passenger windows were smashed. We were told by the clerk that we had to file a police report because their parking lot was a public place. Actually, their parking lot is for hotel guests only and it says so on signs there. They would not release any security camera footage to us and would not call the police to report the incident so we would at least have some documentation for our insurance.
