First, I didn’t get the rooms I asked for after I called twice and they confirmed they have the 2 rooms blocked. They gave away our rooms because of technicality. 2 families traveling so we wanted our rooms close together ended up on 4th and 2nd. We stayed for 5 days and 1 room was only serviced once and the 2nd room none at all. By the 4th night there were no clean towels left , garbage not picked up . Also, beds were uncomfortable, hurt my back. And about the free breakfast was nice .. for the first and 2nd day . But it gets old on the 3rd day having the same thing . Menu is exactly the same everyday. I’ve had excellent experience in other holiday inn before that’s why I chose this hotel but not this time .. and I’m not in it for the points it’s the great service and staff that makes the stay memorable.

Clean , and quiet room. Comfortable bed and great pool.

Booked for pool and slide, pool was gross and slide was not working. Found an open chip bag in one drawer and carpet had lots of stains, plus a smell from where the garbage can was that wasn't the can itself.

We paid 248.00 for water slide and hotub . Upon check in there was a sign that waterside is out of order and hottub jets were broken . Paid 100 more to come here for the things that weren't working could have stayed at cheaper hotel with pool .

The front desk staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was very good The bed was very uncomfortable, and the hot tub and the slide for the pool was broke

Hotel and breakfast lady was awesome. Housekeeping was awful we checked in on a Wednesday and stayed until the next Tuesday and our room and bath was cleaned ONCE!!! Do better

No towels in room upon arrival. Long black hairs found in bathtub. Water slide was broken and not working for duration of stay, with no mention online it was broken. We were booked in for 3 nights, 4 days. Locked out of room in day 3, as they had us booked out, yet online booking was showing us as booked in. Communication terrible. Very loud AC unit outside that ran all day and night.. so, constant sound of motors running. If you are a person who finds extra noises at night bothersome and hard to fall asleep with, not the place for you to stay . Spoke with management regarding listed negatives, and was told room staff would be notified to bring towels and do a re-clean of washroom, no one ever showed, and we got towels from the front counter ourselves. And for anyone who needs a morning coffee, they only had decaf available. Not a major thing, yet. Important for coffee lovers like myself. Overall I would give this hotel a 2/10. For what the cost is to be able to stay in a hotel, and enjoy a weekend family vacation, this was a major downfall. If you are looking for a quality hotel, this is NOT the place. I will not ever book here again, or recommend to any family or fiends.

Hot tub and waterslide both broken. Pool area was filthy. Kept running out of food at breakfast. No coffee for breakfast. TV old and outdated. No extra blankets. They gave my room away I reserves 3 days in advance. Needed two queens, ended up getting a single bed room.

Clean, friendly staff. Great breakfast.

We booked so we could use the slide in the pool it is not working and the floor in the kiddie pool looked a bit iffy. The maid didn’t replenish the coffee in the room I had to go down and get some and we had to keep rekeying our keys every day in a three day stay. Nice hotel, breakfast was great but some of the maintenance is lacking.

Sadly it was closed ! Disappointing. Make sure the facilities are working before you head here

Everything was great. But the bed closest to the door felt like it had a hole in it. But Everything else was great. Staff was awesome as well.

Clean room. Good hot tub

The property is clean, but a little banged up. It’s a favorite spot for families because of the water slide. The location is excellent, the breakfast was great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I stay at this property once or twice a year, and I’ve never had a bad experience.

The room had leftover trash from previous guests. Our kid hit a light fixture on the ceiling with a POOL NOODLE, like tapped it and it fell and shattered everywhere. They charged us for the light fixture they planned on replacing with their new fixtures anyway 😡 The staff was great at cleanup and urgency, however, if they are replacing them anyway (and now I know why), why charge your guest for the old one you're throwing away anyway?!?! Not to mention, the slide has specific hrs when its open and even when we were there in those hours, slide was closed. You should let your guests know ahead of time, its a lot of money. We wont be returning

I had a very unfortunate experience at this location. I was awakened by another guest in my room. I was fast asleep when they entered and he explained the hotel staff gave him access fo my room for his reservation. I was bare naked and asleep. This could have been potentially dangerous for both of us. I do have severe ptsd and this was not ideal for either of us.

We had a leak in the window of the room, maintenance came in promptly and repaired it so we didn’t have to move rooms. The next day we noticed that the floor in front of the window was soaked, like foot drenched. Notified the front desk and they moved us into a king suite for the troubles. Would 100% stay here again. Bryan from maintenance was so helpful and very nice. Very friendly as well.
