Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Great Falls by IHG

Bit of trouble with check in, but overall decent stay. Room was outdated, but for one night was fine!

Check in was fast and friendly, late in the morning we needed a place to regroup and plan our travels for the day , this included 8 adults and 4 teens and we were given the breakfast room in the lobby for this and that was so perfect

It was a fun and friendly experience. Breakfast was good!

Nothing. It was very dirty and the staff were horrible. The pool was disgusting and the staff weren’t helpful at all. We had to switch rooms upon arrival as well due to the room being dirty. It was not a good experience at all.

The best thing was the pool. It was the warmest pool that I’ve ever been in at a hotel!

Breakfast was really bad. Over ripe bananas. They were black. Kids all night long

Disappointing Stay – hardly any breakfast. We were extremely disappointed with the breakfast situation at this hotel. There was barely any food available. The staff did not bother to replenish anything, leaving guests to scramble for whatever scraps remained. If you are choosing this hotel because they offer breakfast, you are better off looking elsewhere or planning to spend extra money at a nearby cafe.

Staff was pleasant! The breakfast wasn’t bad and had a good verity. when we went to swim after 5:30 we encountered a slight problem when a small child’s poop floated right past us. We tried to inform the front desk who told my husband to tell the lifeguard who was a bit distracted and didn’t see him trying to alert of the issue so he told the front desk a second time to which they said they would take care of it. I believe the pool was left open the rest of the night, I’m sorry to those who continued in it but we tried to let staff know.

The young gentleman who checked us in was super helpful and extremely friendly please let hom know how much we enjoyed him

breakfast was good but not set up completely when I was ready..and it was after 6 AM. Staff was somewhat good, although they were not as happy as they could have been more pleasant. I've stayed at this name motel and was completely satisfied The only problem was the television remote was worthless. First one worked once in awhile and then quit. I got another one from the front desk and it was the same problem. If I had a hammer and could beat it maybe it would have worked. The remotes are somewhat common in many motels but in my opinion the motels that use them are wasting money.

The pool and water slide was great! Nice warm water. The breakfast was excellent! Room cleanliness was good. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. More attention to detail would make it better. The lampshade was damaged/stained and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Overall we would definitely stay again! We received our $50 incidental deposit back immediately on checkout.

There was a continuous banging noise coming from the upstairs neighbours but the staff wouldn’t help.

This is our 2nd time staying there we were there in June for 6 days. So we arrived on a Wednesday and left the following Wednesday. Our room bed sheets was not changed once , they didn’t take the trash out once we had to bring down to a can on the 3rd floor by the coke machines where it sat by the trash can because the can was full from Sunday to Wednesday. Not once did they vacuum or floor. The breakfast area downstairs was really filthy and needed a good vacuum as there was food all over the floor from the days before. Quality of breakfast was very poor and some days it was late getting out by 30 minutes or so. They had a new person doing it and the lady before her on our last stay was wonderful. The food was good and actually had seasoning where you could taste it. Very bland, juice in machines was watered down very much. We love the property and location but I think this ruined our chances of ever staying there again. We we try other properties in November. I’m surprised they haven’t received some sort of fine or warning for be that unsanitary. My recommendation is DONT STAY HERE if you like clean and great housekeeping because if I could have I would give it ZERO stars. Maybe their corporate manger needs a phone call and some different folks working there who actually care about cleanliness, good service and edible breakfast.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable

Although I was there for one night, my stay was enjoyable. My dog and I were comfortable and cozy. My only complaint is the bathroom floor was not swept, the previous occupants obviously had a black dog and its hair was everywhere, my dog is tan. Also, the body was in the shower was empty. Other than that, I did enjoy my stay.
