MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport

This has been the best stay on our long road trip with many different hotels. Room was great, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

The person allocating the rooms allocated an unclean room…

Modern, clean and well equipped hotel. Large room that had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The busy road, which I know the hotel can't do anything about, but maybe don't stay here if you like it really quiet.

Starting to show wear and tear in the rooms. The breakfast is as basic as it gets. Location is great.

Better breakfast and more variety

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room had a slight musty smell however the weather was rainy and humid. Overall a good stay.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, good breakfast, good hot coffee and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff , good value for the price paid and excellent parking. The carpets in the hallways look like they may be on the schedule for replacement. But that in itself doesn’t keep me from staying there again.

So far this is the hotel I find practical , clean and have a warm and friendly staff!

The stay was great except for the incident at 11.43 p.m. when someone got access to our room. We had a good stay and would book this facility again.1

Good-sized room. Mattress very comfortable; slept well and awoke refreshed. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. Great staff. One young man, a new employee, rustled up a luggage cart for us when he saw us carrying our luggage.

Exceptional

Staff were excellent! Breakfast was decent. The treadmill in the gym wasn’t working which was a disappointment but we made do with the elliptical. Our room was huge which was great for us as we were travelling with our son and his girlfriend. The pull out couch was easy to use for him. We would absolutely stay here again!

The property was clean in the room, the hall ways and pool were very dirty. The pool has so much chlorine when you walk in the room in burns your eyes and the water was green and gross there was trash around the pool like bandaids and napkins. The pool area and breakfast lobby werent very clean
