MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport

So far this is the hotel I find practical , clean and have a warm and friendly staff!

Good-sized room. Mattress very comfortable; slept well and awoke refreshed. Loved the water pressure in the shower. Good breakfast. Great staff. One young man, a new employee, rustled up a luggage cart for us when he saw us carrying our luggage.

Staff were excellent! Breakfast was decent. The treadmill in the gym wasn’t working which was a disappointment but we made do with the elliptical. Our room was huge which was great for us as we were travelling with our son and his girlfriend. The pull out couch was easy to use for him. We would absolutely stay here again!

Air conditioning could be better

The property was clean in the room, the hall ways and pool were very dirty. The pool has so much chlorine when you walk in the room in burns your eyes and the water was green and gross there was trash around the pool like bandaids and napkins. The pool area and breakfast lobby werent very clean

Nice hotel for a one night stay while travelling through Great Falls. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was great and with a comfortable bed and the extra divided off living room space with couch and chair. The room has a great kitchenette with full sized fridge, stove, and microwave, well stocked with utensils, cutlery, plates, etc. It would be a great place for families looking to stay for a weekend +. Our room was fairly noisy as it overlooked a busy intersection and gas station. Very loud in the late night and early hours of the morning.

The breakfast was really nice. The staff was great and helpful Parking was screwy and not enough close parking

The rooms were spotless and loved the full sized fridge. If you are booking, don’t get the rooms that are odd numbered. The traffic at night is unbelievably loud and obnoxious. It’s sounds like your room is situated at the side of a drag strip. If I was able to have the fan running constantly, it would have helped.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were immaculate.

Rooms were clean nice place to stay. Breakfast was good every morning would recommend this place.

Very accommodating

Upon check-in, the desk staff were nice, but super chatty (with each other) and distracted with answering the phone and staying on the call for a long time . It took way too long to check-in and there weren’t any other customers checking in at the desk.

Staff js amazing just didn’t like when guests upstairs were loud till after midnight

The staff was very nice and clearly overworked Our room looked like a crime scene. Somebody had Jimmy the door to the bathroom with a knife. I had to kick the room door to shut it. And the outside of the door have been scratched with a knife and also didn’t really feel super clean for the Price

Great staff and clean room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable

The small kitchen in the room was very handy.

We always enjoy this hotel. It is clean, updated and pleasant. Hosts a good breakfast and has a nice pool
