MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport

The suites had ample room with full kitchens, the bathroom was nice and big, we stayed for a week and never felt cramped and the daily breakfast was a lifesaver, staff assisted with everything we needed and would highly recommend this location for any stay, especially a long stay. Nothing

The property is new and located in a great place within city limits and easy to navigate to local amenities and attractions. The room is spacious and equipped with solid mobility access. There were a few items we found less than desirable at the property. While I appreciate families traveling with kids, the gym was always full of kids playing and the pool was packed with kids at all hours. The hot tub was out of commission. No robes are provided to guests and the pool towels are very small. Puddles of water tracked throughout the property from the pool. The room was orderly upon brief review but after looking further found sub-par cleaning, that likely would’ve put off other guests. There was food left behind in the refrigerator, and dirty dishes in the dish washer. We found pretzels, Oreos and crackers under the bed, and to our surprise soiled & used panties under the bed as well. We reported to hotel staff, who simply said there’ve been receiving quite the complaints within the past 24 hours. Staff was shorthanded and was not equipped with the tools to assist promptly. There beds were uncomfortable and worst part of our stay, was the rapid kids running back and forth in the room above us starting at 5am all the way until 9am! Will not stay here again.

Amenities in the room were great. Really appreciated the kitchenette and how clean everything was 1st floor could hear most of threads parking and lawn mowing in the early morning

This has been the best stay on our long road trip with many different hotels. Room was great, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were courteous and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Modern, clean and well equipped hotel. Large room that had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The busy road, which I know the hotel can't do anything about, but maybe don't stay here if you like it really quiet.

Starting to show wear and tear in the rooms. The breakfast is as basic as it gets. Location is great.

Better breakfast and more variety

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room had a slight musty smell however the weather was rainy and humid. Overall a good stay.

Location, cleanliness, amenities, good breakfast, good hot coffee and spacious rooms. Helpful and friendly staff , good value for the price paid and excellent parking. The carpets in the hallways look like they may be on the schedule for replacement. But that in itself doesn’t keep me from staying there again.
