Staff js amazing just didn’t like when guests upstairs were loud till after midnight

The staff was very nice and clearly overworked Our room looked like a crime scene. Somebody had Jimmy the door to the bathroom with a knife. I had to kick the room door to shut it. And the outside of the door have been scratched with a knife and also didn’t really feel super clean for the Price

Great staff and clean room. Bed was a bit uncomfortable

The small kitchen in the room was very handy.

We always enjoy this hotel. It is clean, updated and pleasant. Hosts a good breakfast and has a nice pool

Excellent customer service, great breakfast, nice to have fresh coffee 24 hours. Wish they had late night pool time for adults but it was still amazing

On our second day, we requested partial cleaning or at least a change of towels, but no one came to assist us and there was no follow-up regarding our request. It felt like our concerns were ignored, which was frustrating. On top of that, the place was very noisy in the middle of the night, making it difficult for us to rest properly. We were hoping for a comfortable and relaxing stay, but unfortunately the overall experience did not meet our expectations. I hope this feedback will help improve the service and guest experience in the future.

Very friendly and helpful

Kids enjoyes the pool. Pool area provided towels. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Shower door did not hang correctly, made it difficult to close the door. The sheets for the sofe bed had someone else's hair in them. Only 2 towels in the room on arrival.

They room was great. Clean and had everything we needed.

This hotel is in a great location room was spacious hotel was quiet staff were all really great. Did not try the breakfast or pool or hot tub but they all looked great !!!! Highly recommend this hotel

The guy that checked us in, was very friendly. Suggested places for us to visit and eat.

Clean, with good breakfast, location, gym and very friendly staff and a lot of extra room

Staff were very nice. Michael at the front desk was patient and helpful. The two breakfast ladies were helpful and considerate despite my early arrival. Room was spacious and enjoyed having the kitchen

Extremely friendly staff- especially night front desk clerk. Clean, large room and quiet hallways. Really good breakfast Wish there was more parking in the back.. no complaints on the room or staff.

Very clean room, nice and modern, super friendly staff, will definitely stay here again.

The place was a very clean and smelled amazing. Staff was great! I slept so comfortably. Will definitely choose this place to stay when I’m in great falls. Breakfast was good.
