Heritage Inn

It had a bed and a shower that's about all I can say was ok with the place. Apathetic staff, confusing and inconvenient layout, outdoor area was full of people who looked like sex workers picking up customers, terrible parking/not enough parking spaces, breakfast ran out of food well before the time was up to eat, online photos are deceptive.

Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The hot tub looked dirty and the pool was cold.

Exceptional

The value for our 2 night stay was amazing. Great Falls is a beautiful city, with many walking paths and scenic hikes. The pool area at the hotel was very nice, but the pool was quite cold.

Clean and well kept handy to freeway and fuel next to hotel restaurant and pub in building indoor pool reasonable rates great for couples or families we enjoyed our stay also very courteous and helpful staff

I like this hotel, but there was a creepy guy following us and I feel like this did not handle it the way they should have it put me in my two kids in danger Although the staff was nice, they didn’t know how to handle a potentially serious situation

Breakfast was gone. Ants in bathroom Slider on exit door to pool broken Noisy.. sounded like a auction going on

Suite was nice, Carpets in hallways are disgusting. Jet tub didn't work. Mostly the place is outdated No maintenance being done

The room was nice, clean, spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool or work out area or hot tub, but I did enjoy the atmosphere and the staff at the Maxx Casino. The carpet needed some attention, but I believe I was in an older area of the hotel. Over all, I would stay there again.

It’s not what it used to be to be, staff was great, but rooms are going down hill

The staff at casino lively. Hotel is very dirty . I wouldn’t give it a rating of 1. Hallway and room carpets filthy and stained . Not a great experience.

Exceptional

The breakfast was terrible was cold and one day. It was so burnt you couldn’t eat it. The room was all right, except one of the beds was absolutely terrible. The staff wasn’t very helpful.

Turned TV on later that night and used microwave for 10 seconds. Blew the breaker for TV, bathroom lights,coffee pot etc. We reported in AM as were tired and needed sleep . Woke up in AM and needed to be gone , so no shower- black in bathroom as no lights, no electricity even if I could shower so no workable hair dryer or curling iron. Coffee pot had no electricity so no coffee. When checking out I mentioned we had no electricity - fuse blown and if they could give us a coffee. Directed us down the road to purchase coffee . So no mention of any good will (offers) for us to ever book again. The only thing good was service in lounge.

Breakfast was nice Check in staff - very rude.

The rooms show wear but clean the furniture and plumbing are dated but in good working order; most important, the linens are cleanan the beds and pillows are comfortable. I stay here whenever I travel through Great Falls.

Breakfast could be managed better by having 2 people working to help clean tables and keep coffee and food replenished.
