The hallways are stained and the rooms were smoky, there was no hot water in the shower, the coffee machine was broken as was the hair dryer. It just felt run down. At night, there were people constantly fighting in the parking lot and no security guard around. It did not feel comfortable nor safe. It might be a good casino, but a terrible hotel stay.

This is always been one of my favorite places to stay in great Falls did not realize the crappy Internet they had like five networks, and none of them worked . Max‘s casino, The food is lousy. I will never eat there again. Carpets need to be cleaned. The room was clean. It’s a decent place for the amount of money you pay.

Rooms were very clean and staff were excellent. The pool and hot tub need to be cleaned. At the casino the food wasn’t that good overly salted.

Hotel was fine. Definitely needs some updating but we were safe and it was pretty quiet.

Location was good, place was clean, and staff were helpful. Only problem, probably due to room location, was getting hot water for shower. Will definitely recommend to other's and would stay here again.

Cleanliness was great except I did have hairs on 2 of my pillows. No transportation to the airport at 4:00 am. I had called before booking and was told: oh yes we will get you there. I had to walk over to Sleepy Inn to get a young man to help me.
