Heritage Inn

Half of the rooms don’t have air conditioning. When it’s over 100 degrees outside, the room was miserable (even at night). They would switch us rooms even after asking everyday. We contacted expedia to cancel our trip so we could book somewhere else, but they had to contact the hotel. The staff told us the hotel phones weren’t getting outside calls, so we were stuck staying there. Our room had multiple defects, including blood on the wall.

I really liked all the stuff an adult could do their. They picked up towels and always kept things fresh. Liked that they never touched my personal stuff. The food at the sports bar located inside the INN was on point. I had numerous meals and every one of them was amazing. They’ve got this big burger that I really really liked but idk the habanero boneless wings were also freaking amazing. Think if anyone can get a good rate like I did per night they should def give it a try. The indoor swimming pool area was also pretty cool. Would have to give this place a 9/10. 👍👍👍

Breakfast was terrible, we gave it a chance 2 out of the 4 days but the sausage was burnt and the eggs were greasy. The pool is cold and there are no towels. Our room hadn't been cleaned before we got there because the shower wall was covered in someone's hair. We put the sign out to request cleaning but no one ever showed up. We tried to use the computer station but that didn't work either so had to request front desk to print something for us. I wouldn't ever stay here again. The A/C was very loud and the toilet was wobbly when you went to sit down.

We had a terrible experience, the bathroom vent leaked water from a broken pipe on the 2nd floor. The ice machine did not work

The pool is unheated so absolutely freezing, full of leaves (indoor pool) and no pool towels were available throughout our stay. We even asked at the front desk and they were out. The hot tub is tiny and sludgy. They were preparing for a pool tournament so there were power tool noises well into the night and the beeping of the zipper lift started around 4:45 a.m. The employee's answer was it was unavoidable. They clearly have zero respect for their guests.

The room was dirty. It had finger nail clippings and other debris on the floor. The bathtub had hair and what looked to be shampoo in it still. The bed had a lot of hair on the sheets. The tables had sticky substances on them. The hotel didn't have any washcloths.

2) Stair carpeting ripped and hallways stained. 3) Bathroom was disgusting! Broken GLASS in one corner near tub! Mold/buildup throughout tiles in shower. Clogged tub/hair in tub. I wouldn’t recommend this place for your pets!

Check-in took over 40 mins as there was only one person checking people in and answering phones. Hotel is very dated and smells like it. You can tell no updates have been done in a while. Rooms were not very clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I liked the room. Comfortable beds. Bathroom very small. Toilet child size only 12” from the floor. Carpets in hallways very stained. (Remove all carpet). Staff did not provide any information. Where everything was. Etc. she was busy only one staff. Bus load of teens came in she had no help TV. Big. Parking good. Breakfast was good

This hotel is filthy! I am not even sure they clean the rooms before letting new guests in. Pool was cloudy. Breakfast was burnt. Phone didn’t even work to call down to front desk. We didn’t have a smoke detector in our room. I even tried to call with my cell phone to the front desk and the phone just was busy the whole time.

Our room had stains on the carpet and in the washroom the wall were beat up a little. We had a king size room, and the pillow were little squares, not even full sizes pillows.

Their quality is very good. Rooms are good. Breakfast is not so great but okay.

The lady who help us with the check in was nice and kind. Swimming pool and hot tub found very dirty and blurry water. Room carpet was had a slight smell. Spacious room,comfortable bed. Breakfast all hot items were so dry sitting in the chafing dish. No one replenished or did refill during the time we were at the Breakfast room. Only 7 sausages left 😋.

The room was very outdated. No AC in the poolside rooms so they gave me a fan. Breakfast was AWFUL...burnt and out of some things such as milk. They did not keep the breakfast filled up...most containers were just about empty. Did not have any wash rags and only 2 bigger towels in our room, so had to go ask the front desk for wash rags and more towels. They did find us some, so the front desk was helpful. I don't think I will ever stay there again. The rooms needs updating BIG time.
