Pool, hot tub and sauna. Clean rooms. 10 minutes from the airport It was a busy Saturday, couldn’t check in till 4:00 and parking was tough

Just a nice place just what I wanted for the night and was less money than other places

Breakfast was great. Hot breakfast is always good. The staff was very accommodating to us on our room location due to my husbands use of a mobility scooter. No complaints.

The first rooms door would work, supposedly maintenance reset it and it still didn't work. No acs available

The indoor trees were pretty Dirty, old, beds were extremely uncomfortable At 8:30 the breakfast was completely gone Staff was scarce and hard to find

Staff were friendly Breakfast was intermittent and nothing but toast was available when I stopped by - I gave up after 20 and ate toast in car

More towels and bigger are needed in the rooms

The breakfast buffet had all the essentials, but the food and coffee were mediocre. Everything else about the stay was quite good: clean, quiet room.

Clean room, good breakfast, but no hot water when we needed it. Came back on later. Also no one manning desk at Check in. Had to wait fifteen minutes. Needs to be better.

Tha Heritage was very nice and clean room! Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was the best for a hotel! Casino was fun and restaurant was excellent! Will return and recommend!

Hotel is run down, rooms are smelly, laundry didn’t work, and a disappointing stay.

We arrived late due to an emergency room visit, so all we can say was it was a good place to sleep and we had no complaints.
