Went thru 3 rooms before we settled. Apparently they only have one housekeeper for the entire property. Untenable workload.

Would never stay here again. Totally run down. Stains on bed spread, sheets and towels. Floor was not swept had to wear our shoes. Very sketchy people outside of building. Tons of broken down vehicles in parking area.
-
The tub was so dirty I skipped showering. Beer can all over the parking lot.
-
Beds were better than the average Motel 6.

Don't ever stay here. I had no idea how bad a hotel could be until this particular stay.

I guess the old adage is "you get what you pay for". In Great Falls for the dog show and Motel 6 tends to be an OK place to stay with the dogs but this place needs some help. It's in a convenient location right off the interstate and very close to the fairgrounds but that's about all I can positively say for this particular Motel 6. I was very disappointed in the lack of PRIDE of ownership this property presented. Over grown weeds in the dog walk/potty area, broken down cars in parking lot with homeless persons living onsite in their cars. The rooms at first looked clean, but once you occupied the space, they are far from clean. Dust and filth under the beds, drapes dirty, AC unit had not been cleaned in a long time and filth on the front of the unit. The hallway carpets are not swept; garbage piled high in the outside trash containers and no room service - in the 5 days I stayed, not once was I offered clean towels or trash containers emptied and in fact, I never SAW any house keeping onsite. I asked for new trash bags to empty my own containers but the person on duty could not find any. This Motel 6 needs a few lessons from the Motel 6 in Missoula which was EXCEPTIONAL in staffing/room cleanliness and outdoor pet friendly areas. Sorry to say I would never recommend or stay at this Motel 6 again. I will spend a few more dollars per night and stay at the Days Inn or another pet friendly hotel in the area for next year's dog show. .

The room was fine but warn. The check in time was 3 pm but the room wasn't ready until 7 pm. There's a breakfast bar but nothing but coffee. The receptionist was friendly and apologetic
-
Security lack was the main issue. TV didn't work. Sink clogged, toilet clogged. Bathtub clogged.

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at garbage overflowing outside in all the cans no Wi-Fi lightbulbs missing floor filthy bathroom 2 towels for 3 ppl no do not disturb signs weeds outside 4 ft tall bunch of broke down vehicles in the lot had to replace door key multiple times busted up furniture in the rooms and both beds were so old the had big dips in the middle had to ask for toilet paper no breakfast that was advertised as one of the amenities staff mostly pretty unfriendly lots of people living permanently at this hotel and the smell throughout this place was bad like BO and cigarettes and god knows what else DO NOT STAY HERE A SIDEWALK DOWNTOWN WOULD BE BETTER !!!
-
Disgusting is all I. Can say if you stay there bring the Clorox wipes the staff didn’t. Say boo it almost felt like you were an uninvited guest . It may be cheap but you’ll regret not spending a couple more dollars on another hotel

Economical room was clean, halls were dirty and smoking.
-
Location and price It’s just not looked after garbage cans full not clean

This is a extremely minimal effort hotel. There was a phone cord that ran down the hall and it smells like damp cigarettes. 1/2 of the lights in our first room didnt work and it looked like someone had been standing on one of the beds with their shoes on. And the hair... there was hair on the pillows and in sheets. The guy at the front was nice enough and switched our room for us. The second room had working lights but the headboard had been ripped off the wall. I told the guy at the front when we went out and he said 'yeah most rooms don't have a headboard. There was yelling in the hallway until about 230am so Im assuming this might be the d**g hotel or close to it. Spend the money and stay somewhere else
-
Cheap stay but very dirty in the rooms half of the lights don’t work and stains everywhere. Ac cover was taped on and fell of in the middle of the night and parking lot was scetchy.

My son and I each had a room. I did not see the state of my son's room until the next morning. My room: food and giant dust balls under the beds. Thick dust on the AC unit, bathroom vent, lamps. Pee, hair and dirt around the toilet. Crud in the window track. During the night the refrigerator stopped working and the massively iced-over freezer melted all over the floor. I used my towels to soak it up. Son's room: equally dirty. Sock from previous guest on a lightbulb. Missing smoke detector. Hair in refrigerator. Outside: cars on blocks in the parking lot. Tall weeds and garbage around the building. Desk clerk told me to send my photos to the manager, but I got no response from her. I called and was told the manager is out of town and her return date is unknown. Any review over 1 star is faked, even if it says 'verified guest.' This motel is filthy. I contacted the fire marshal about the sock and the missing smoke detector, because obvious lack of maintenance surely means there are other detector issues in this motel. I contacted every corporate Motel 6 email I could find. I hope there is a way to attach my photos after this entry. I thought my son was sleeping for our long, long drive home the next day. Had I known that he was not, we would have left even thought it was midnight. Lastly, the street next to the hotel is used by locals as a hot-rod cruising strip. Racing engines will disturb you most of the night.

The rooms are clean. Wooden floors felt cleaner than old carpet. Only problem was there was no internet service during our stay. Inquired at the front desk however the young gentleman didn’t seem to know what to do or who to call.

There were no amenities to speak of. Only a cup of coffee in the morning and the Wi-Fi didn’t work most of the time.I had no towels in my room and had to walk back up front to get some. The room above me made noise most of the time. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.
