Motel 6 Great Falls, MT

The front desk lady was absolutely amazing that was about 8 pm, I hadn't made it to my room until about 1130pm. At first glance it looked clean but I entered the bathroom there was hair in bottom of tub and it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in several stays. There was no restock on towels and there was no hand rags or facial rags at the sink. Mini fridge was wide open the room definitely had not been swept or mopped.

We got in at 10pm and needed to leave at 3am for a flight so we didn’t have much of a choice but to stay. Hopefully there aren’t any critters coming home with us.

Hotels.com you need to do better and have this dump available on your website! In my personal opinion, it should be closed down so to its disrepair and filth. Honestly, I’m going to be extremely hesitant to use your website from on

Cockroaches everywhere

There were stains all over it every part of the bedspread, including the bed, broken lights ripped up walls, burn holes in the curtains from people smoking inside. There was what I’m assuming is fist hole in the bathroom door as well. The door crossed the wall looked like it was flooding underneath it, and there was a stain coming from under the door. The only reason I didn’t make a stink about it was because it was late, and I was driving all day, and we were essentially using it for a place to lay our heads before we got up and left in the morning. I managed to get enough “clean” things to sleep with between the two beds. Would not recommend.

There was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The bathroom ceiling started leaking. They did move me to another room that was slightly better. Was not like the pictures shown.

I would stay there again nice staff clean room the only thing that might bother other people is our room was by the hi way so you heard nothing but traffic all night which actually didn’t bother me it helped me sleep since I’m used to hearing it at home

Filthy dirty room. Sticky floors with garbage under beds and in corners. Blood on sheets and homeless people hanging around lobby. Very scary place. No amenities… no phone no clock and very noisy air conditioner. Stairway very dirty carpet. Abandoned vehicle in front parking lot.

There was a big pile of garbage piled up just inside the exit door, and there were people slamming doors until after midnight each night.

Clean room was okay, but electric plug-ins were broken and missing bulb from one of the shades.

The air conditioner didn’t work in my room, and I killed three cockroaches while I was there.

Very dirty. Wouldn’t stay again

The place was never vacuumed, a bag of garbage was left in the hallway outside a room for 3 days. I finally asked for them to remove.

Asked for the room to be cleaned 4 days in a row. Finally cleaned on the 5th day.

Average all around, you get what you pay for

The light over the sink did not work. Couldn't get any hot water out of the shower. Ceiling in bathroom is suffering from a second floor leak that has not been repaired. The AC was great! The bed was comfortable

Room was clean and everything else was fine there is not much to complain about it is a clean simple hotel

The place outside was not really clean. The front staff were excellent. The sheets were stained. Bed was hard and had an obvious caved in feel to it. It was cheap and I guess you get what you pay for.
