Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Great Falls

Was a great room and the hotel was well maintained. Had a saltwater pool and hot tub.

I unfortunately had a death in the family and had to leave our trip a day early. They would not consider any form of refund or credit with this circumstance.

I was disappointed with my stay. The room was not clean and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be smoke-free. The cleanliness was below expectations, and the odor made the room uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping and ensures rooms are properly cleaned and free of smoke before guests arrive.

Look no further, book this hotel! I honestly couldn’t wait to write the review for this place! It was Great!!! Absolutely wonderful staff, every single one we encountered! So kind and helpful. Room was perfect! So much bigger than normal cramped hotel rooms. Two queen beds, small table with two chairs, small couch and double sinks separate from the bathroom (great for multiple people trying to get ready at the same time!). Very clean and well maintained! Breakfast was incredible! Definitely not your typical hotel breakfast’. I really can’t say enough good about this place! You will not regret staying here!

Very large rooms clean and very friendly.

The pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean. It was a refreshing surprise as we had been a few hotels advertising a hot tub that didn't work or were none existent. It was very relaxing after long rides on the bike. The lau dry facilities were an added bonus and we're clean and well maintained. The best part was the staff, especially Sue. She made us feel welcome from the start and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. We make this our stop every time we are in Great Falls and they never fail to meet or beat expectations. If you are ever in the area, this is a great place, great location and gives you the quiet needed for a great stay.

This is a lovely hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful - very committed to guest satisfaction. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean property. Love the double sinks that are separate from the toilet/shower. Hot tub and pool very nice as well. Staff very nice and helpful. Provided us an early AM shuttle over to the airport. Would stay again!
