Staff was friendly The cleanliness of the hotel. The pool was small and the water was gross. It was very irritating to your skin.

Booked a room upgraded to accommodate 5 guests (2 adults, 3 children). Upon arrival, the front desk insisted we purchase an additional rollaway bed despite our reservation capacity. When we declined the mandatory upsell, we were refused service and turned away. We ended up booking elsewhere nearby without issue. Very disappointing experience and questionable booking practices to say the least.

The cleanliness of the pool and hot tub area. The friendliness of Alice at breakfast. The day my room was to be cleaned, it wasn't. It's far from town.

The suite we had was very nice and comfortable. The only drawback was that housekeeping only came the first day and we had to ask for new towels every day. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel. Great location close to the airport. I called for the shuttle and it was there very quickly. The room was spacious with a sitting area.
