It was as good if not better than some of the pricey hotels we stayed in on our 7 day road trip.

There was no hot water and the lady on the counter said they had been having trouble with the boiler, no info on the hot water problem when we checked in and no ice provided on each floor. we picked up trash from under the edge of the bed that had been left by a former renter. No comps offered to us at checkout.

I enjoy the homey feel to suites. It was also within walking distance to Culver’s. Nothing comes to mind. I’m usually staying due to work related trips. So I don’t get a lot of time to inspect, just there to sleep.

The staff was very sincere, patient and polite while we had our great nieces service. Rooms were above the expectation. The bed, its a bit uncomfortable.
