Stay was over all good and the hotel rooms are clean. I wasn’t happy with vacuuming the rooms next to me at 7:40 am. That is a bit early to be doing that.
-
Clean room and we were thankful that they allowed for an early check in. Excellent service!

The pool and jacuzzi was very busy. The TV offered cable tv and streaming. The cookies were divine. Emjoyed our staycation

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. We utilized the pool and fitness center, both were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed eating the delicious breakfast outside on the patio. When we come back to Greeley, we’ll stay here again.

Everything we needed

All good.

My stay was terrible. I think the management has changed, as I’ve stayed there before and everything was fine, but today was awful. The receptionist—Phoenix, I think her name was—was not friendly at all; she charged an extra fee for parking that wasn't mentioned in my reservation. Also, I had booked an "extended" room, but they gave me the smallest one. I went back to tell her that it wasn't an extended room—since I’d stayed in one before—but she insisted it was and claimed there were no other rooms available, even though it clearly wasn't the right type. It feels wrong to be treated poorly and made to feel like you have no idea what you're talking about.

Wonderful place to stay.

This place was great. The rooms were nice, the hotel is well maintained, the pool was nice, and we really enjoyed the little outdoor space outside the pool.

No complaints. Easy breezy stay. Helpful staff, hallway water station, clean rooms, and a comfortable bed.

The place was very clean

Room was not stocked with essential items such as toilet paper or shampoo. Hotel was noisy late at night. Breakfast was subpar and the desk staff was not knowledgeable on check out procedures.

Having to pay for parking per night

The bed was hard, (never had that experience there before)the shampoo was empty in shower. I will always continue to stay there when visiting Greeley. 🤗

Very comfortable beds & bedding

Expected room daily room cleaning and were told they do it every other day! We arrived on Thursday for a 5 night stay and they cleaned our room until Sunday!

Very pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable staff! They went the extra mile for my spouse out of state, making sure flowers got delivered to the right room. Comfy, spacious room and bathroom for a family of 4 with lots of options to stream or just watch cable. Self pay kiosk for the open goodies station. Very spacious eating area for the delicious and varied breakfast selections - it's so nice to not feel like youre sitting on top of everyone. Really close to Walmart and target, not very thick or crazy traffic. We toured the town, Eaton, and Denver from this hotel and with the help of Maps - everything felt reasonably reachable without mass confusion. When we had down time, this was the best hot tub I've been in in a long time and my son enjoyed how deep the pool went. Also you could do laps in it! Coffee is always out too with convenient placement at the elevator! There were bugs and sediment in the pool and spa. The public bathroom hadn't been cleaned within 18 hours of using it - visible soil in the same spot when used twice. Homeless people were camped in the neighborhood making it feel somewhat unsafe, but made the parking fee make more sense - we ended up not having any problems.
