Fairfield Inn & Suites Greeley

Breakfast always good. Good selection. HK was ok. Only came in once to clean. Had lots of dirty towels and had to ask for more tolit paper and towels. Pool area had a high chlorine smell. Otherwise the stay was ok.

We weren't overly thrilled with our stay, it was tolerable. The room was clean when we arrived but the air was a little stale due to lack of air circulation. One of the plug ins on the lamp between the beds didn't work. Not thrilled with little tiny bars of hand soap, would rather have refillable wall pumps. I had to pump body wash from the shower to wash my hands. Our room key cards would not work consistently.. we had to go down to the main desk to get them reactivate at least twice. I would have liked to have an ice machine on our floor (2nd) instead of having to go downstairs. The beds weren't that comfortable. We ran out of toilet paper on Sat morning and asked for more at the desk and the maintenance guy brought us a new roll to our table while we were eating breakfast? Kind of goofy. No way to wipe down the exercise equipment after use. I will say I was glad that the shower was nice and hot. The breakfast every day was decent. I understand trying to be environmentally conscious but c'mon you have to do better with upkeeping your hotels and giving your guests some decent amenities. Also would have liked a mini keurig in the room for coffee.

The breakfast. The swimming pool was very dirty. It has brown residue on the walls of the pool and did not smell like it had chlorine.

Super clean and very nice folks. We couldn't enjoy the free breakfast or pool because I was heading to surgery first thing in the morning. It was a great, clean, quiet place to relax and rest comfortably! Thank you!

All easy, clean, efficient.

Breakfast was good. They have biscuits and gravy on Sundays, which is nice. The room wasn’t really quiet. You could hear the outside sounds, but overall this is the best place to stay in that Greeley area for the price.

Breakfast was good. Bed was adequate. It is a bit worn down. I rarely say this, but the water pressure was too strong. It was impossible to find a setting that was comfortable. It was too expensive for the quality.

Did not get 2 queen beds as booked. Television did not work. Pool closed, not stated when booking.

The staff were very friendly and responsive. I couldn't have asked for more from them. This is a pretty standard upper-middle chain hotel, but one that has been kept upgraded. Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and had a range of alternatives. Check-in and check-out ran very smoothly. Wi-fi worked well. This was a business trip for me, and I had pretty much everything that I needed. It is right next to one restaurant, and others are very close. If I were to return, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I would suggest a couple of things. I would have liked to have had an in-room safe, but was able to use one at the desk. It is close to a busy highway, so there is some uncontrollable road noise. While it didn't bother me, a very light sleeper might request a room as distanced from that as possible.

The pool chemicals were so strong and imbalanced, our suits were bleached and ruined and we all had itchy rashes.
