325 definitely has something going on in it the air quality was really bad, there was no working fan in the bathroom, the ac had a bad smell, i tried to honestly spend most my time there out of my room, and also ended up leaving a day early because i started getting very sick, and after turning the shower on I started vomiting not long after, ended up having a mold induced sickness, would not stay here. Im still recovering,

We stay here every year we’d like it. The staff is friendly. The place is very clean. The rooms are nice and spacious. We did upgrade to a suite. It was wonderful and we would be staying here again next year.

It was ok but the toilet didn't work.

The hotel on the most part was nice. Location good, staff friendly and helpful. However, there were a few things that made the place unacceptable: 1. The floors in general were absolutely filthy. The entry way floors had spills and dirty footprints throughout, The hallway carpets needed vacuumed really bad. Our bathroom was the worst because we were using that room to bathe. I walked barefoot on it for a short time and my feet were black with dirt. I took a paper towel and wiped the floor and it too was black. I took a picture of it. We were at hotel with family in two other rooms. When my sister in law inquired at the desk about having her bathroom floor cleaned she was told no one available. She was given a mop and small bottle of cleaner and was told that’s how they scrub the floors…not with a mop and bucket…just spot clean 2. Both first floor general restrooms were shut off, these two restrooms are right next to the pool which was being used by families with children. These children didn’t get out of the pool for restroom breaks because there was no place convenient for them. Not a healthy choice for both restrooms to be shut down at once, understand they were being remodeled but one should definitely be available to pool users. Finally the breakfast area was under equipped with eating ware both days we were there…spoons and knives…no forks. Easy fix: dollar stir trip for forks! The front porch was filthy as well. Stunk. We cannot recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was probably the worst I have ever experienced at any property. There were two pieces of bread and very little undercooked eggs. Also a bruised apple and one cutie.

The Room was great, but Sunday they didn't clean it. So we have no clean towels for bath

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel itself was nice. The floor was disgusting & made our feet black! The elevator was weirdly placed & didn’t feel the safest. The ice was only on the 1st floor. NO SHOWER PRESSURE! The staff was super friendly & helpful though & the breakfast was your basic potatoes, sausage, eggs, gravy, cereals, waffles, bagels/toast. Also there was NO exit map in the room in case there was a fire! Over all I'd give this place a 4/5 only because the price was good & it was only an 1 1/2 away from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Booked a suite for a week stay and pictures are not accurate representation of the rooms. First room smelled liked urine so i requested another to be give a room where the AC wasn't working. I was granted a full refund but i wouldn't recommend staying here to my worst enemy. The hotel smelled and was under construction on first floor. Room didnt appear to have been mopped. My feet were black from just walking to the bathroom.

Time for an upgrade on a few things. Our bed and bed frame was not the best. The hotel was clean and the people we met helpful; just time for some work to be done on the place.

It was clean and modern. It was a non smoking room but had a strong smell like deodorizer in it. Other than that it was perfect stay,
