Convenient location Clean room

The property is not maintained and it makes it look dirty. There was cracked grout in one area and then a place where there is way too much grout. Same issues with paint. The door to the bathroom was a pain to close and once it closed it was impossible to open. The mini fridge was not cold. The walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors go in and out of their room over and over again. We could hear them talk and their TV. The best part was their breakfast. It was a good spread. If you need a pace to stay, this place will do the trick, but it would be one of the last places I would consider.

I paid for a king suite and they gave me a double bed. Then the lady at the front desk said I didn’t reserve a king suite. So I showed her on my reservation that I had a king suite from you guys hotel Engine. She said since you guys are a third-party, you guys made a mistake. So I called you guys and you guys said no we have a king suite for you. Then you called the hotel. So the lady told you guys the same thing. But I ended up having to keep my double queen. I was so disappointed because I paid for a king suite and it showed that. But that’s not what I received for the two days I stayed there. I hope you guys do something about the comfort Inn in Greeley, Colorado. Because as a customer when I click on something, I kinda wanna get what I’m paying for. Thank you.

There was a dead bug in the bathroom when we arrived, which I got rid of. The middle bedframe had a piece of metal sticking out from underneath it, which I thought was a little dangerous, but no one was injured because of it. The breakfast was excellent, but the breakfast room was much too small to accommodate the hotel guest, consequently, making it very difficult to move around to get your food to take out to your bedroom or to the lobby to eat.

The breakfast room is way too small, it only seats 12 at a time. I informed the desk clerk that there was only one bagel left and the breakfast clerk came out and looked with a very huffy attitude. The bagels were restocked about 20 minutes later. The dryer vents out just to the side of the FRONT DOOR! There was white lint all over the porch area where people smoke and also in the decorative rock garden. The clerk that checked me in on Thursday, July 23 at 3pm, told me that there was a $50 per dog CASH ONLY deposit. Then when I took $100 out of the ATM, he lowered it to $60 and put it in an envelope with my room number. When I checked out, the clerk on duty had NO IDEA about a CASH DEPOSIT for dogs, and I should have been charged $50 flat fee on my bill, which would have been on my bill. So, it certainly looks like the $60 ended up in the pocket of the clerk that checked me in. The clerk on duty today (Sunday, July 26) told me the supervisor would call me today, but of course, no call. I will never stay at a Choice hotel again.

There was a good selection of cold and warm breakfast food. And the staff there was very willing to replace items as needed.

Staff was very helpful-had to change rooms because the first was musty. They were able to accomadate

The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast, but I am sure just like other hotels that have breakfast there were lots of options. The area was safe and easy to access.

Hotel was comfortable hit tub and pool are available although we didn't get a chance to use them. Ro was dated decor wise but clean and comfortable and near the hospital which was pur main objective.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room we were initially checked into had a TV that was not working. The gentleman that was working that evening came right away to try and troubleshoot the issue. When that that proved unsuccessful he kindly upgraded us to a suite for our stay. The rooms were very clean and inviting. The breakfast was really good and always stocked. I would definitely stay here again.
