The staff was not willing to adjust due to medical issues

Travelers...CALL the hotel before booking your trip. The hotel staff was very responsive to our requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good!

Very nice and convenient to a lot of things. I saw a mouse on the patio. It was outdoors so it wasn’t much of a big deal but the patio was really nice and I no longer wanted to go out there.

The stay was good. The only advice would have to do with the breakfast meals. For those who have food allergies, but still could eat the food if it were served safely, you need to consider arranging food so that cross contamination doesn't happen. We have stayed at multiple hotels and managed our gluten allergy without any issues. The method of having bread products above food products does not keep food from being cross contaminated and as a result it is not safe for us to eat. We were quite disappointed that we didn't get to have breakfast after so many reviews about the breakfast was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The stay in the room was fine, just a big let down that the arrangement of the food did not allow for us to safely eat any foods.

Great! Friendly staff, clean rooms

at first I was given the room on the third floor and the door was not working. The front desk changed the room. The second floor room had few problems. When I entered the room, it was so hot. It was 80 temp inside. I sweated a lot. I had to turn it down. I had to get out of the room for a while till its cooler. Three light switches were not working at all. The window screen was broken. I was given the room with handicapped bathroom (sigh). I had to go down to the front desk (third times). I was tired and frustrated!

Staff was friendly Systems down we couldn't check in for 6 hrs, room smelled horrible, the smell of Marijuana was very strong thru halls & elevators, room ok clean, stains on pillows. Health score 91% which was evident by the look of the buffet. Eggs & sausage nit under heat.

The staff were so accommodating and went above and beyond. Tay, one of the ladies at the front desk, was an absolute GEM and made my stay one to remember. Great staff and facility.
