We enjoyed the fast and friendly hotel staff and service, the cleaniness of the rooms, and the affordable rates for how big the rooms were.

The worst part was waking up to a major police presence in parking lot, with yellow police tape only 2 doors down from me (I was on 1st floor)! No one in office to check with. Just glad to get out of there.

the description isn’t matching their reality I had to leave before my reservation ended because of bed bugs and mosquitoes no staff no cleaning place is shady and weed smell everywhere and inside the room

Was in town for my daughter freshman orientation. And Kelly made sure that we had a comfortable, clean, and bug free room. She takes pride in her job and makes sure guest are welcomed and have everything they need. Pulling up to the hotel I wasn't sure if that was some where I wanted to stay, but Kelly and her staff were great. So don't judge a book by it's cover, and book the room.

The location is great for easy access to the Convention Center and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. The a/c works great which is definitely a plus in this heat. We also appreciate having a full size refrigerator. We've stayed before which is why we returned, but the room wasn't up to par this time. We arrived to find nothing but a top sheet on the bed. Fortunately, a staff member was close by and able to help us, even though it was after hours. There was only a spare roll of toilet paper. The shampoo container in the bathroom was half empty! Although there were plenty of towels, there were no dish towels which made it difficult to wash the few utensils we used. There were two coffee cups, but only one bowl and one glass - no plates. (Fortunately, we didn't plan to cook as there was only one small sauce pot.) There are no ice trays and no ice machine. We had to make a trip to Walmart to purchase the necessary items. Also, there is no mattress on the pull out sofa which means there is nothing to support the sofa cushions. We were unable to sit on the sofa! The coffee maker is leaking water onto the countertop which means it needs to be replaced. The television in the living area has some pixelation issues.

Always affordable and convenient. The new staff is super friendly and inviting! No complaints. It served the purpose!

The room was very, very large. The water pressure in the shower was great. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The window in the back faced a quiet green space. The floors were definitely new. No bugs or mice observed. Well lit parking areas; even ground floor felt generally safe. The mattress was quite aged, as was the bedspread. The fridge worked, but was terribly rusted on the outside. The kitchen had 4 plates and a few glasses but lacked any dish towels or sponge for cleaning the dishes (which was expected prior to departure). The noise from neighbors above and neighbors outside was significant; not because they were loud or disruptive, but just because there's extremely little soundproofing. Smoking areas are also problematic and not necessarily respected.

Clean, friendly service, cozy location I dont have any complaints. When I got off work I went to my hole away from home.

I like that’s it’s affordable and comes a stove/oven. I like that it’s not far from stores and everyday needs The lady at the front desk always seems to have a nasty attitude. I was booking there for a little while but all of a sudden she tells me that I can’t book anymore due to having a Greenville address. I wasn’t aware of their policy but felt like if I been staying there with no issue why now is it a problem? Anytime I asked her a question regarding the property she would reply with a smart remark and then try to brush it off as if she didn’t just come off rude. I feel like this place would be a great place to stay but the attitude needs to be readjusted. The doors were nasty, the bathroom didn’t seem to be cleaned before I checked in and before check out the housekeeper just walked into our room without knocking or anything. We made her aware of our situation she was very kind and sweet and told us the front desk lady never told her we were extending our stay. Very unprofessional.
