Check-in was fine, and Jeremy was very friendly and professional. We arrived at our room around 2:55, just a few minutes before the 3:00 check-in time, and the door was still open with a cleaning cart outside. The cleaning lady was clearly frustrated because she wasn’t finished yet. I actually felt bad for her because she explained that it was only her and one other person cleaning that day, so they were understaffed and behind. Once we entered the room, though, the smell was overwhelming — a strong combination of bleach, mildew, and a slight cigarette odor. The pictures online made the place look perfectly doable for a short stay, but in person it was a different story. I spoke with Jeremy, and he was very accommodating and allowed us to look at another room. It was marginally better, but still had an unpleasant odor. I’m usually pretty easygoing and can stay almost anywhere, but I knew the smell was going to bother me enough that I wouldn’t be able to sleep comfortably. We ultimately decided not to stay. To their credit, we were refunded half of what we had paid, which we appreciated. For the nightly rate, I probably should have known what to expect, but the positive ratings made me willing to take a chance. Unfortunately, it just wasn’t somewhere we felt comfortable staying.

The property manager was very professional. I let him know that I was checking in after hours and he left my key in the lockbox with instructions. I really appreciate that we was in town for the weekend for the friends and family with my son to East Carolina university

They need to clean the room better and And the rooms need improvement; everything is very old, and the walls have unfinished work..

It was a great stay?’b repair your going to the stadium affordable it’s like being an apartment

Hi liked having a kitchen so I didn't have to go out for every meal. It was quiet We had two tvs. The kitchen had a couple pots and some utensils so we could prepare and eat meals inexpensively. We were in the area to help with my brother's estate so it was perfect for us. I will stay there again if I am in the area. The manager was very helpful and friendly and so was the staff. Overall the stay was very economical as well

Very clean, nice people, Jeremy was very nice and professional. Loved it all! Will definitely come back soon. Everything was great!

The area The rooms were not clean, the vents were rusty and dusty. The drawers on the dresser were broken. There were no sheets on the bed. The nez langer had to put sheets on the bed.

Refrigerator made noise and wifi wasn't stable all the time

The place is not the cleanest or the most updated. If you’re just looking for a quick stop, it’s not a bad stay. The manager was helpful when the handle on the door broke and accommodated a room switch when I mentioned a need for air fresheners in the room. It was not to have a full fridge and there’s plenty of space.

I had to take stairs and after working on my feet, needless to say, tiring but minor inconvenience.

Breakfast was not a part of the options Location was quite and clean.

Cleanliness

Low price. Good location. Quite. Some of the tv’s did not work. Limited tv viewing channels.

Disappointed with the property and room based on the high (8.4/10) rating. Chose it over several similar hotels, which I regret in hindsight. Check in closed at 6pm, had to call a number and a person that appeared to stay on site came out to open office and check me in. Property and rooms very dated. No ice machine on site that I could find.

The over all stay was pretty good!!! However I left two towel sets and a few other items by accident.I reach out to the owner and he said nothing was turned in to the office.So im taking it as the house keepers there stole my items which sucks because I honestly loved this place at one point.

I had a really good stay her. I came in late but Jeremy was available to give me my card. Friendly and convenient place, I would definitely stay here again.
