Checked in on December 3rd was told my room wasn't ready yet so I was put in a temporary room. Well I was told my was ready on December 8th. Omg the room they placed me was filthy filthy filthy. Filled with smoke, dirty carpet, the glass in the windows was broken, toilet bowl wouldn't flush and on top of that the manager had a bad attitude. No hospitality etiquette AT ALL. Claims she didn't smell no smoke, the carpet was supposed to have been shampooed but told maintenence not too.

Was good the 1st round. Staff (housekeeper) were very helpful and friendly. The room was renovated. It was nice

This is the worst t hotel in America. They will rob you blind. They steal money off your credit card. They should not be in the motel business. They will lie and steal from your card. This place is full of bed bugs. Drugs are being sold all night long, and management allow this mess to take place. Stay away from this place.

First of all the pictures advertising the property was not what the real deal was. Loud music, kids crying all through the night, roaches swarming the place and the smell was unbearable, loud talking and profanity laced rants. All a turn off. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Told staff I rain water dripping from window, curtains were wet and water on the floor. She said she’ll come look at it. She never did. After ignoring it for hours, I had to report it to her again. When she finally came, she placed a couple of towels on the window seal and floor and told me maintenance guy is on vacation. She did not offer me an other room.
