Rooms always comfortable and front desk friendly and polite

Overall the hotel is nice and has relatively new interior. Room was nice. Only short coming was the number of towels but that was an easy remedy at the front counter. Breakfast and serving area was very nice. Staff was super nice and even turned done the TV a bit while I was working in the lobby area.

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

The breakfast was very well prepared, and neat area. There were no smells in the room, very fresh. Staff very kind. In joyed my five days stay. I would recommend this hotel for a friend, or family.

We enjoy this location every stay. We would suggest the pool water temp adjustment be increased a few degrees for comfortability.

Remember that the indoor pool is usually filled with families with small children, therefore not always available.

Great service

Very clean property and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The elevators were great! Very fast. The breakfast sausage was suspect. It tasted terrible. Overall the breakfast options were so so.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The bed was too high and my wife and I could hardly get up on the bed. The bed was uncomfortable. There was only one chair in the room which made it very uncomfortable to watch TV or even relax. Really couldn't relax anywhere to have a cup of coffee or eat a snack.

Clean. The room was cool. People friendly. Location was good. Excellent but always improvement. The rooms closed up like majority of hotels has no freshness like the entrance did, the elevators did, the halls did. The breakfast was what I expected, nice selection and good. The staff friendly, professional, showed care, asked questions, spoke first, greetings.

Room was clean, bed was comfy, it was a hotel, and the breakfast was excellent. Hot sausage and eggs! Toast! A waffle machine!

We only had a one night stay, but everything was great and the breakfast in the morning was great as well. It served our needs very well.

We had a fantastic weekend stay. Our check in was smooth and our check in clerk was so. nice and very polite… Give us the run down on places to eat and see… Will stay again if we are in the area… The check out went smooth to the clerk wasn’t a people person no attitude did his job I guess….

Convenient location. Very clean. Nice hot breakfast. All staff was super helpful and very nice! Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area besides the smoking area.

The room was damp and had an unpleasant smell, so it wasn't very comfortable.

The pool was down for maintenance but staff let us know prior to completing check-in and gave us the option of cancelling if that was a deal breaker. Good communication and friendly staff.
