The whole experience was awesome. The desk person Jasmine was great to work with. I was there with an event and Cristina was good to work with in setting up everything. I would do it again.

One area for improvement would be the shower amenities. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash did not have any perforated or tactile markings to distinguish them, which can be challenging for a visually impaired guest. Adding those small details would make a big difference in accessibility. Additionally, the sink water tended to stay on the lukewarm side, even after letting it run for a while. I did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. Other than those minor points, my stay was very pleasant, and I would consider staying again.

Cleanliness Equipment alarm " I think" went off all night long, couldn't get any sleep Staff would not identify if Alarm as for security or other. I wouldn't stay at this location ever again.
