Good nothing needed

It was ok

At checkout, desk clerk was too busy to exchange pleasantries, to thank me for staying, or to even give me a smile. Just told me to drop my key in the box. I did not feel like a valued guest or that my patronage was appreciated. I realize this is a small point to make, but it's the little things that can mean so much.

The room was clean. Breakfast was great.

I had a great stay

Always clean, staff is always pleasant and customer service is exceptional.

I pulled up to the hotel and did not feel comfortable staying there. It was in a not so safe area. I turned around and spent the money on a safer place. I would not recommend, especially if you are a female staying alone.

The staff was amazing! It was very close to ECU. I loved the continental breakfast and fitness center! The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.

I was disappointed there was no hot tub, but overall exceed my expectations

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice addition. Parking was convenient, and everything met my expectations. It was a comfortable stay, and I would consider staying here again.

This was a very good hotel. Stayed one night. Only negative in an area where traffic is not the best.

Beds weren’t so comfortable and found what appeared to be a roach in our room. I had higher expectations

The room didn't smell fresh, and there were long strands of hair all over the bathroom .

The property was very nice and clean... The staff was very friendly and helpful... We drove from Va and had a conference at the Convention Center... The convenience was wonderful, which made our stay even better... The only thing we did not like, was the curtains did not close... The thin white curtains closed, but the thicker curtains did not, and even though we were on the 2nd floor, it still would have been nice to have the extra privacy...
